Food and service is great. I ordered sausage rolls, cinnamon rolls, apple fritters, and chocolate covered donuts. Everything was so fresh and delicious. There was one man in line ahead of me and a gentleman in the kitchen looked up and saw me waiting and came out immediately to take my order. He even added donut holes free.I was shocked at the low price. All under $10. Very reasonable! Pilaski's is my go to donut shop now. Wish I had found them sooner.

I like sweet n low in my coffee and they used to have it but now they don't so I asked if they could get some more because I am a very regular customer and they said yes they would. That was like 2 months ago and they still haven't gotten any so I asked and they said their company doesn't buy it anymore. They are a franchise I thought which means they could buy it if they cared about their loyal customers requests enough but obviously they don't. I love their donuts though but customer service isn't always the greatest. They're pretty fake and donuts shouldn't cost that much but neither should anything else that's sky rocketed since inflation so Selah...

Tad bit too pricey. Spent $16.00 on donut holes, 1 donut, 1 monster and a juice. Never again. That would be 80/week or 320/ month. Preposterous! Donuts aren't as great as the cheaper places.

Scam alert, they overcharge. Ordered a small order this morning, she didn't give me the receipt, at home I was charged almost double.

Good stuff. Went for the first time today. They had the cute decorated donuts for kids. I got glazed, sugar, 2 jalapeño sausage rolls and two croissants. It was pretty good.
