The worst service I have ever had and very unpleasant and unprofessional ! The so called manager was rude and my order went from 9$ to 17 then when it was delivered they said that the coupon didn't go through and they charged me $27 ,I will never go to this place again ! What happened to the customers always right and to treat customers with respect ! Shame on this pizza hut ! If I was the main manager I would fire the whole crew beginning with the so called manager who has no people skills whatsoever ! He was short of threatening me and when I asked for a refund he said you have your refund now get the f out ! Didn't give me a receipt showing me proof !beware of this pizza hut ! I've never been so mistreated in my life in any restaurant ! He also refused to give me his name !

Amazing customer service! My friend's mother passed away and I ordered some pizza's and pasta from this location to be delivered to their house. I mistakenly entered the wrong address but the employee who answered the phone and the manager helped me track it down and get it delivered to the correct address. Thank you so much for the OUTSTANDING customer support.

DO NOT order from the Pizza Hut off 1030 W Arkansas in Arlington Texas near MCA hospital. The worst possible experience happened last night after we spent two days with my dad who was hospitalized. We thought we'd order some pizza to celebrate his release. Boy were we wrong. We ordered a simple (1) Large pepperoni and sausage pan pizza which isn't what they delivered. The delivery driver was not only late but passed right by us as we stood at the hospital entrance waiting for our food, then drover around to the far end of the hospital and delivered our food to some random guy who wasn't even a hopsital employee. He was a contracted security guard. I tried contacting the delivery driver numerous times on the number they provided through the PH app but she never answered. She never called us to attempt to make delivery either. By the time we finally caught up with our food we relized the order was wrong and the condition of the pizza was absolutely atrocious! The worst looking pizza i've seen in 41y. We ended up tossing it out and going with the hospital food instead. Which is absolutely unacceptable. When you pay $30-40 for food you expect it to be on par. How is it that you keep raising your prices while the quality of your food just keeps getting worse? How does that work?
