You did it pizza patron you brought back your Manager .I have been a customer for many years and I stopped going because the cashiers, some young girls who don't greet you ,took a long time to take your order and deliver it to you and when I asked for the manager who was there ,they told me that she no longer worked in this place, the last friday I passed by the pizza patron ,and I saw her again, she was what this place was missing, she is very kind, very polite, and makes you feel that you really you are welcome

I found stickers on my bell peppers and ate one! Just got off the phone with them and they were super rude! They messed my pizza up once and I called and they told me to bring the whole pizza at first or I was not getting a remake. Then after one of the employees spoke with the manager ( who does not know english, sorry but managers should be bilingual for these situations!! ) she said to just bring my receipt. The service is terrible fire that “manager” ! Always had problems with her. I spent $20 for vegetables with stickers. Needs mew staff.

Good customer service, have not had a bad pizza from here. The inside is always clean, organized, and cool even when it is extremely busy. The only issue I have is that they almost never have any extra pizzas or food items. Generally everything is "sold out" or they are doing their best to avoid food waste.

Worst online ordering experience I have ever encountered. Be prepared for a massive headache. Billing and delivery address matched on multiple cards, but I couldn't place an order.
Apparently you can't order from here if you are from out of town staying at a hotel. No matter what card you use, it declines for address mismatch. Even calling the restaurant directly got me no where except that I could come there.... we ordered elsewhere. Sad....

I walked in a young man was making a pizza, older lady fidgeting with a bag of cheese and a young lady just standing around;they all looked at me no one ever acknowledged my presence. Then they started whispering about who would come to the front. Well I made the decision easier for them and just walked out as easily as I walked in. This was about 7:25 05/24. Feeling unwelcome

Please have your order checked before you leave. My order was wrong. When I called to inform them, the response I received was that the person who cooked my food was gone. I stated that I needed my correct order then was told that management had to be notified. I received a callback stating that the manager wanted me to return my order and a fresh order will be ready in 20 minutes. I got there later than that on purpose. My order was not ready. I showed the order initially received and requested a trashcan to throw the food in. The worker brought the trashcan near so I could throw the food away. She then returned to the area where food was being prepared without washing her hands. I asked her to wash her hands since she just handled a trashcan. She stated that her hands were clean. I had to explain cross contamination and health department guidelines in order to convince her to wash her hands while still waiting for my order to be prepared. The customer service and cleanliness of the worker is horrible.
