It was a family of 9 for a birthday party. I've joined the waiting list because of the party size and parties already booked. I was informed it would be an hr in a half wait time. I received a text 30 mins later to confirm my ready time and right before I selected my option it said that my name was taken off the waiting list, I confirmed anyway and it said party confirmed. Long story short, the wings were cold when they came out and hard as if they have been over cooked. The waiter place another other of fresh wings and they came out the same. The alcohol drink taste like kool-aid unsweetened. A shot could not be added since it was considered a top of the line drink that was already strong with different mixes. 8oz of combined alcohol with 16 oz of red bull in a 20oz glass. I wouldn't recommend this place for good food and drinks. For tv watching and crowded people yes.

Visited Pluckers in the Arlington Highlands on Sunday night around 9:30pm. We ordered cheese sticks and when they came, there were large chunks of potato in the marinara sauce. I showed our server. She apologized and took it away. When she returned, she said they figured out waffle fries were in the marinara! The replacement she brought was really watery and just gross.

I ordered delivery and only got 2 of the six item I ordered. When I called the store to let them know what happened they put me on hold and never came back to the phone so I drove to the store and when I got there I was still on hold. I told the rep what happened and she just walked away and left me without any explanation. I had to ask a different worker. We had to wait 45 more minutes until we got our food. Once they brought our food out the hostess put it aside without looking at it and started talking with waiter and after there long conversation she then decided to look at the order and ended being my order that took a total of 50 minutes to finally walk out with my complete order. Never again will I buy food from her I will stick with WING STOP.

Steven was our bartender. He was great. He was friendly and checked up on us constantly.We ordered boneless wings with tots, bone in wings with tots, Tox Tea, Frozen Straw Mar, and the Irish Trash Can with Watermelon Red Bull. Everything was amazing! The alcoholic beverages were on point as always.We get the tots bc they have seasoning. The only way we will get the waffle fries is if they are loaded. They taste bland and gross otherwise.They are always busy. It's best to join the wait list through the app! We also love doing the challenges on the app too.
The wings and micheladas are very delicious, my favorites.
