the service here is actually terrible. i came inside trying to pick up an order and the lady sat there and counted the till for 10 minutes before a man came from the kitchen to ask me what i needed help with. i work in customer service too and looking at me and making eye contact while continuing to count the till and ignore a customer is actually insane.

Visited this location on several occasions as it’s near a friend. The staff clearly don’t care about the service or the food. Save yourself a trip and find somewhere else to dine. You’ll most likely be disappointed coming here. One time I ordered a tender dinner and they forgot the tenders in my bag. When I informed them, they laughed in my face and gave me the tenders with no apology or extra accommodations.

First and last time eating here. Only thing worth eating was the biscuit. Can't believe they even boxed up whatever it was they call chicken it was dry and gross and didn't look like chicken. Plus messed up order. Waste of hard earned money. Better off going somewhere else.

Food was typical of Popeye's; good, hearty, and hot. Service was also typical of Popeye's; abrupt, somewhat rude, and slow. Prices have gone way up since the last time I was at a Popeye's. Overall decent, but most of that was food quality.

Had not been to this location in ages bc they would always be out of something. Visited mid day and placed order, gentleman took the order barely said anything. Placed order, got in the car and items missing, went back inside and asked about the missing items. Same gentleman asked for my receipt, did not have it bc he did not give me 1, so he had to trust what I stated was missing. Not a bad experience, just sharing. Would go back.

If I could have given this location less than one star, I would have. I went through the window order, a sandwich, extra pickels, and extra sauce with a sweet tea. First, I couldn't understand anything the girl was saying, then when i got to the window, the girl was so rude took my card and then she comes back and says that they were out of sweet tea I was fine with that. I asked what do u have that's not carbonated she was rude and said nothing. At first, i thought it was because she didn't understand me since she spoke and didn't speak good English. Then I asked in Spanish so she could understand. But no, it was just that she was so rude. We have nothing I was like, not even lemonade, so apparently, they have lemonade. So I got lemonade. When I got my food it was cold the sandwich was plain it had nothing in it ?. If people don't like their jobs, then move on to something u like. Not everyone is rude to u, so you shouldn't be like that. I'm just saying find something u like to do. Anyways, don't visit that location
