The reason why i wont is because after taking my order they said their machine was down because I guess they had no change and wanted to give me a refund yet i had never been charged The 4:00 crew doesn't know how to do a single thing, yet I was ordering a number 3, which was so simple.plain and simple they need to be better trained to handle situations or re evaluated

This was my second time coming to this location and my last time ever going there. Honestly probably my last time going to Popeyes period. The fries were cold as soon as I pulled off. I got a regular fish sandwich. What is that orange stuff under the crust? This location is new what a waste of time and money.

Whoever is the manager at this location, please make sure he gets a promotion. Also, please make sure all of the employees here get some sort of bonuses. I have been to several dozen Popeyes locations and this one is HANDS DOWN THE BEST. They do not mess up your order, everything comes correct. You want HOT chicken? Come here. You want crispy fresh fries? Come here. You want well carbonated beverages? Not the flat stuff? COME HERE. It's so on point, I don't even know how else to promote these guys better. Y'all keep doing what you're doing. 10/10 will come again.

Stay away from this location, terrible service! They also don’t offer the weekly specials at this location, which I think is very weird. Although this location is closer to my house, I still travel 10 minutes out of my way to go to a better one!

Twas getting late in the afternoon and I wanted a small something to tide me over till dinner. I got the sweet and spicy wings. I couldn't get them in a five piece so I had to get the six piece. Maybe what I will do from now on is keep something in the car to prevent myself from getting something I really didn't want for more than I wanted to pay.

Just don't! Find a different location. I've visited this location 3 times. The drive through was pretty pretty quick but they were out of frozen drinks. Stopped inside twice and waited a good 30 to 40 minutes for food that was cold and staff that was confused, incompetent, and completely under trained about the menu when I had questions I had to order my 4 year old son an adult meal because they were out of toys, milk and apple slices. The inside is cold and unwelcoming. Feels like sitting in a sterile refrigerator. They built this new location for nothing because it's a waste of time and money.

We ordered the big family meal with rolls and two sides. Eight piece spicy and it came with two chicken sandwiches. We didnt get spicy chicken and four of the pieces were very small wings two kind of small thighs and a partial chicken breast with mist of a wing attached so i guess it counted as two. Had i at least looked at the chicken before i left i would have refused it but after waiting for everyone to gather to eat it was too late.i really had high hopes as it is just blocks from my house and i really like popeyes but rarely ate it because it was so far.i didn't bother them with the complaint i will try them again and put the off on new store problems.
