Today was the first day my uncle and I ordered a sandwich after watching a review on YouTube. I used to order from Subway and Firehouse but those names no longer exist in my vocabulary. My next order will be the meatball sandwich. Today we both ordered the Italian and my aunt ordered A Wreck. BEST SANDWICHES EVER!!!¡

Ordered food with door dash. First time having Pot Belly's. It was ok. The menu online was not a good as in person. Lots of things you can't eliminate or add on app. Sandwiches seemed smaller than Subway. Soups were smaller also. Lots of choices were missing from the app. Like different chips and soups. The salads were delicious.

Don’t go here!!!! They were VERY rude!!! We asked what kind of Mac-n-Cheese they had & got told “The kind from a bag” ?To make it worse…I was eating my Mac-n-Cheese & found a black hair in it!!!! It was taken back up to the counter to get a refund & the same guy said “Let me see it, bc I made that Mac-Cheese!!” We showed it to him & he just said “Oh! Well..”Then, he said he couldn’t give us a refund, but he could give us a bag of chips (1/2 the price-NO WAY) or a fresh Mac-n-Cheese. I took a new Mac-n-Cheese to MAYBE eat later, but IF I do & find something wrong with it I’m calling his Corporate Office. ?
