This rating is given based on the poor service. Myself and my daughters were excited to try this place for our first experience and this will be the last for this location due to lack of friendliness. I advised the staff that were working it was I and my daughters first time. When we arrived there was two gentleman working and preparing food for other customers. Once we began our order we were being assisted okay because the guy was answering all of our questions. Then a young lady comes from the back and began to direct him, and took over preparing our orders. She did not smile nor speak and looked at us as if she were annoyed. I order three bowls; 1 with shrimp rice cheese and queso, 2 with steak, rice, cheese, guacamole, salsa verde. No drinks, 2 orders of chips and a side of queso. I spent $47 and the portion size to money spent ratio is disappointing. When we arrived our plan was to eat-in; however, we changed our minds due to our experience. Everything was stated it would be extra to customize a bowl; however, they were selective in the portions the bowls were very skimpy.

The ladies preparing our Bowls were all over the place. They rotated places starting and stopping our orders and getting confused as what was put or not put in our Bowls. In the end the amounts differed and things were left out what we asked for. We're definitely NOT going back to that store! They suck!!!

The 3 ladies that work at this location have the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I do not recommend visiting this location. I stepped outside to download the Qdoba app and after returning, the lady yells across the entire restaurant that I needed to pay before ordering my food insinuating as if I had not paid in the past or something, how embarrassing. They were also extremely rude while making my food. I pray Qdoba hires better employees in the future. This is sickening.

so i had a bittersweet experience , i ordered the nacho bowl on doordash . my bowls were delivered fast i ordered at 7:26 pm and received my food at 7:51 pm , i thought it was a bit odd that everything was done so quickly but hey i love qdoba and was hungry . food was great however i was in the hospital not even an hour after consuming the entire bowl , i had infectious gastroenteritis which is caused by bacteria or parasites being present . i love qdoba and would still eat here if im there to see it prepared , lets treat delivery orders the same as if the person was there because giving out old food has many consequences that no one should experience.

THEY SKIMP THE FOOD HERE DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD WORKING MONEY JUST GO TO CHIPOTLE!!!!! I decided to visit this place after seeing a tempting TikTok showcasing their delicious food. However, upon stepping into the restaurant, I was surprised by the lack of greeting and the unwelcoming stares from the workers. Despite that, I proceeded to order half Spicy and Sweet Chicken and half Birria. To my disappointment, I received only four cubes of chicken and then my half a scoop of Birria. When I requested more chicken, the server reluctantly gave me two tiny cubes, and then just one more after that, claiming it was extra. The protein portion was incredibly small, leaving my bowl nearly empty. When I mentioned the lack of generosity, the server passed my bowl to another employee for the sides. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place as they seem to skimp on the food excessively. It's unclear if this is specific to this location, but based on reviews, it appears to be a recurring issue.

I ordered from Uber Eats. One hour & three delivery drivers later, I called the store to see what’s the hold up. They claimed that they did not have my food and would not accommodate me, even though I spent $30+ with them. My first and LAST time trying with this restaurant.

This Qdoba is so nice! Exceptionally clean store and very friendly employees. The food was amazing. I had nachos and my mom had a beef burrito.

Very rude employee. I had to say excuse me 10 times and I know the lady heard me. Need to work on their customer service. I could’ve been a secret shopper. Then she looked at me like I was crazy for interrupting what she was doing. Very rude. 3/10/2024 at 12:24

Decided to stop by after the gym and ordered a bowl. Found a grey curly hair in my food I called to speak to the manager, the employee told me she was not in. But I would need to bring the food back in the following day to show proof of the hair. He also informed me the manager would be in the following morning. I called as instructed and she was still not there. I was then told to call at 2:30, but she was still not in. No apology, no refund. The whole staff needs to be retrained and I would the manager to more available to deal with situations like this.

Zero stars , terrible customer service , I bought a bottle of coke with my food order and realized it was not sealed , was already opened and flat . I asked to exchange it and the employee told me " she did not make it ! " so I couldn't return it . What ? What did she mean she didn't make the plastic bottle of coke ? That doesn't even make sense. Just wanted to exchange it for an unopened bottle. I asked nicely, would have taken just a second , no one would want to drink out of an unsealed soda of any kind, that is not safe . I will not be going back.
