I've had my fair share of experiences with Red Robin, as my first job was a host at the one over by North East Mall back in 2014. I decided to travel back in time a bit, try a Red Robin as it had been many years, and see how they've fared over time.It seems, that they're better than I ever remembered. This location was slow on a Friday night with 2 hours til close, which I thought may have been a bad sign, but it seems that this location is under-valued.Our server was very nice, considerate, and helpful. The food was very good, felt fresh, both my girlfriend and I had very moist burgers that felt soft in the mouth and not overdone. I was very impressed and will come back in the future. Thank you to this location for putting Red Robin back on the map for me!

Went to red Robin to get my birthday burger and a refused the award and I had to pay for my birthday burger, staff and management were unsympathetic about the situation. I have been a member for years and they said because I was not in the system, but I was, I had to pay for the burger Because I had already ordered it. They said because the burger was already cooking. I had to pay for it, but I had the award for years. They said I had to wait 48 hours and I could come back and get the free burger.

Was kinda a meh experience. Went with my family and the fries came out cold. They made my burger wrong and they forgot an appetiser and when we asked about it, it finally came out after we were almost done with our burgers. Got a couple of refill fries but they didn't refill the sweet potato fries which cost extra so that was upsetting too. Bottom line we probably won't be back to this location. Only good thing I can say was that our server was nice.

This is the first red Robin I have been to in years!!! The burgers have gotten better. They were great before but how they got better is beyond me. They closed the Red Robin where I used to live ( Tucson) but now I have one that I can go to here in Texas ????

Food is always good. I get the sweet potatoes and can not get enough!! Jacob our server/bartender came in clutch with them! Lemonade cake was so good also.
Great service! My wife and I were craving a burger for Sunday lunch and decided on Red Robin in Arlington. We were greeted at the door with a smile and then seated by our waiter, Jacob. The service was exceptional and the food was great. Jacob was a standout, he was attentive and friendly and seemed to anticipated our every need. He truly took pride in his job which seems to be lacking these days. Great job Jacob! We will look forward to our next Red Robin burger day and will ask for Jacob by name.
