I ordered this food through Uber eats yesterday. DO NOT EAT HERE, they gave me food poisoning!! I have been so sick since last night and I feel absolutely horrible!! Save yourself and go eat somewhere else, don't risk getting sick!!

On this day my experience was rather pleasant, the cashier took my order rather quick ordered, the chicken which was soft and tasty, the rice was ricing. The fries were from the gyro spot next door overall good solid food just smaller portions .

CHEATING BUYERS ON DOUBLE MEAT YET CHARGING FOR IT. We went here every time we were at this mall. Went over on Sunday and ordered shrimp teriyaki with Etrxa shrimp. The meal cost added extra 3.00 for extra shrimp and the portion looked the same as we normally got. When I asked the cook if that was extra he just shook his head and moved on. Talked to the cashier and was told that extra shrimp meant 8 extra onto of the regular 16 which the math did not add up. I would highly suggest NOT spending your money here, the food wasn't that great either this time. I should have read the reviews first as I started seeing more reviews about them cheating people out of double meat when they pay for it.

The overall cost of eating Salty Teriyaki Chicken in a styrofoam container should not be almost as much as eating a lunch special in Chillis.Ordered the Teriyaki Chicken with Fried Rice because I have been enjoying it for the last 15 years in a different location in a North Texas Mall. This time I happened to buy it at the Parks Mall in Arlington. The price was $9.79 + taxes. Asked them for a cup of water and they tell me they don't give water and that I have to buy a drink. If I have to buy a drink for $1.99, the meal from a mall outlet like Sarku would be closer to $13.00.Don't you think I would go eat a lunch special in a sit down restaurant, if a salty Teriyaki Chicken served in a styrofoam container would cost me $13.00.Guess what, that's the last I'm buying from Sarku Japan at the Parks Mall in Arlington, TX.As far as the food is concerned, it was the standard Teriyaki Chicken they serve in all of the Sarku Japan outlets.As for me, I think I'm done with eating at Sarku Teriyaki, with this brief experience.

Worst food I have ever eaten. The chicken teriyaki if you want to call it that sits all day in a mush container , out in the open not refrigerated. Pretty sure it has salmonella written all over it. My fiance and I ate there twice now, probably a year or so apart and both times we were both extremely sick. Health service needs to come inspect and likely close this disgusting place down for good.

This was the most disgusting thing that I have ever had. The teriyaki sauce...isn't. I don't know what it is. The shrimp isn't deveined. The chicken egg rolls were cold and full of grease. I literally spit it out in the trash while still in the food court. I thought maybe the rice and shrimp might possibly be better, but no. I would like a refund. I have called the 800 number and I also emailed the address on the receipt. If someone could contact me that would be great.

I spent Friday at $20. I got the Betno box and a side of shrimp tempura yummy yummy

Don’t come here , came here yesterday and found a maggot in my food at first I though it was my rice until it began to move . I use to come here when I was younger and they have went down hill so has their customer service .

I did not have a pleasant experience at Sarku. I tried to order food but the cashiers were literally laughing at my face thinking I was joking around and I even had to repeat my order twice. My food came out cold rather than making a fresh batch. I am really disappointed with the service and food that I received.

One word sums up this location: disappointing. This used to be a great spot a couple of years ago but their customer service is terrible, their prices are unreasonable, and the food is hit or miss. The inconsistency of their food brings down the review from 3 stars to 2 stars. The sad thing is are the lines are still so long because they're the only game in the mall with this type of offering. I'd suggest many of the other restaurants right outside the Parks Mall than Sarku any day.
