How bout we give this business a -1 it don't deserve a star ✨️. Sad thing I want to take one of my best friand there to celebrate her birthday and get a couple of drinks and have a girl's day out. Well little did we know that we was going to walk into a disaster . soon as we walked in There was no acknowledgment of us 3 being in the front until 5 minutes.A guy walked up and said we can sit anywhere which we later learned it was the GM lol that's what they said. Then when we sat ourselves we waited over 10 minutes for waitress to come. Then When Mallory, our waitress finally came, we ordered drinks and all I ordered was a Margarita with salt.She brought it with sugar and then when I asked for another 12 redo it with the salt it took over thirty minutes. Then, the rude bartender brought the drink and slammed it on the table ? I told her she could take it back with that attitude...smhMy friend ordered one shot.The lady brought 2 and says she wouldn't charge it.It was on the house, but you know how they work.When we got the bill it was on it so we had to dispute that. Then my other friend which was the birthday girl about a hurricane which was so sweet.She couldn't taste the liquor when they brought another one.It was a different color instead of being reddish orange it was orange color. Then when the food came outMy friend got A seafood boil which had no corn and potatoes, but didn't find out later that they ran out of corn and potatoes and have the audacity to say they need to Go to the store or my friend can stop by the store on my way home to get the corn. That was a straight insult and she was playing like we was cool.It just got worse by the minute. The Manager Dre came out to assist and he didn't know how to talk. He looked intimidate and then the GM Corey came back kept apologizing but I Reassured him that I didn't care if they had free food for the day.I wouldn't come back because of the services we received and the lack of communication of the lack of food.It was so bad that I Tipped alonzo the guy that clean the tables off $20 because of how engaged he was with the clients walking in. He even sat them down when they came and at the same time he was cleaning off the other table. He treated all the guests like we should have been treated when we first got there. And it wasn't being paid, but our waiter happened to walk up.When she saw him talk to us and I tipped him the twenty dollars right in front of her and I let the owner know why and why the waitress wasn't getting a tip because of the services and rudeness.. TO THE POINT THE GM ONLY CHARGED US $12 A PIECE FROM OUR ORIGINAL BILL . THEN WE WENT NEXT DOOR TO BOOMERJACKS AND ATE AND GOT TIPSY AND TALKED ABLY HOUR THE BAD SERVICES NEXT DOOR....But the moral of this long story. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK. THEY NEED A FULL STAFF CLEANING. FROM THE GM TO THE WAITRESSES.SHUT THAT LOCATION DOWN IMMEDIATELYSIGNING OFF‼️

why is it so hard to call this restaurant?? i call and they just auto play a recording of the address like it’s not plastered all over the internet. how do we find out how late your kitchen is open?

We had a crab and shrimp boil. It was very salty and I wish their level 4 had a little more spice. At some point we were the only ones there and the waitress/bartender was nowhere to be found, but once she came back, she was great.

I love Shell Shack but we can't communicate with the store directly. All calls are routed through an automated system that hangs up in your face when you push the button to be transferred to the store. Also why isn't it an option to order extra sauce on the side? That's my only complaint. I just ordered my food and really wanted the extra sauce and willing to pay for it.
The food wasn't that great. The lady who seated us I asked about a kids chair she said they had none, and then next thing you know, another waitress provided another family with one. Didn't make a big deal. My son sat there and ate like a big boy, and the waitress we had was amazing. That's why I gave 4 for service.

I have no idea what’s happened with their food but it’s a 0. We tried to start with an appetizer, crab nachos. This was something sitting out waiting for an order it was like old queso cheese with crab crumbles (literally crumbles) on top it was extremely salty we sent it back & we offered a “trade” so we tried the spinach dip this was equally as bad it had a mountain of shredded melted cheese. Ive had Spanish dip this was not spinach dip. The boil was saturated in oil and just unbearable! When I say saturated I mean it looked as if they just poured oil on top of the seasoning. On a lighter note our server Dillion was so polite and very apologetic about the food.
