I got 6 chocolate covered "cake" donuts. They were not very good at all. They didn't even taste like cake donuts. They were thin, over cooked donuts that were crispy and crunchy with many hard "things" inside the "cake". Plus they had more of a grease taste (???) than any donut taste. Very disappointing. Won't be going back there any more.

Workers were out of it and didn't pay attention to orders. Had to say 3 times what I wanted and still didn't get it. Wasn't worth going back in for a bear

They serve old leftovers after 11, don't bother giving them money. I used to come to this location years ago and it was the best donut shop in town. Now, anytime you ask for something, they don't have it. They force you into buying stuff you don't want by not cooking anything new for the final few hours. The kolaches, when you *do* get them, have been small and dense lately instead of big and fluffy, like the original owners made it so long ago. It's not worth the money, assuming they even let you buy one.

Been coming here since I was a kid, there’s plenty of Shirley’s around but this one is the best. I love the ham and cheese kolache and there donuts are the best when warm just ask. The coffee with flavor creamer is great also.

went through the drive through around 10am. I asked her for 2 cheese free sausage rolls she said they didn't have any, I was so sad so I asked if she was sure? sure enough magically she said there's 1 left so I got 1 sausage roll and a glazed donut. the sausage roll had the driest dread , it was so long the Winnie was way at the bottom it was like 4 big bites of only bread... the donut was good tho

I just hope my card was declined because it was an error or something. Because there is money on the card. I hope it has nothing to do with people only trying to hurt me.

Shipley's, and in particular, this very store, has been my "go to doughnut shop" for over 50 years.Today that ended. They got my order wrong which had never happened before and they left out the two doughnuts I made the trip for. I can live with that. Mistakes happen. I was disappointed, but it is only a doughnut. Mind you, I didn't get what I ordered and paid for, which is their job, but I could live with it. The doughnuts themselves simply weren't good anymore. The cake doughnuts were overcooked to the point of being crunchy like a buttermilk or old fashioned, but without the flair. They were simply burned up. I didn't get any plain glazed, but the chocolate covered were off, too dense or something. I hated to cut off a store I've patronized as long as this, but three errors in a row are too many to ignore. I've continued to shop there even after their horrible remodel. They flipped the drive through window from the east to the west side of the building and created more parking spots. And then reduced the seating inside to a couple of tables. They didn't need more parking, they needed to better handle traffic backing up on Abram trying to turn in. Moving the window to the west was fine, but they should have left the entrance where it was and have folks loop around the building. Instead, they've forced the tightest turns in the world to get folks all on the west. I will continue with Shipley's, just not this flagship store. There is a brand new one on Pioneer that offers easy access. As long as they don't burn their doughnuts and get the order right, I'll switch my allegiance there.

The girl at the window was rude, we pulled up to the window and she said absolutely nothing. Throughout the whole conversation she said a words total that I can count on my 2 hands. This was my first time going here but it was such a bad experience.

A great breakfast stop. You got to try the hot fresh glazed donuts. And the kolache’s.
