this is by far the worst smooth king location to go to. the location is terrible and impossible to get out of. the staff is not friendly. i ordered online so i don’t have to fool with speaking to them. they are very slow. even if you order online, expect to wait 20-25 minutes to get your order. my order was correct but the açaí at this location had hard frozen spots in it like ice. i have not experienced that at other locations. for $13 dollars save your money and don’t make yourself late to work messing with this location.

Uff.. the order I had was gross.. it was sour n i don't think they added my greek yogurt.. it wasn't made correctly. Too much powder. workers there didn't pay attention to the drinks n I don't think I'll go there again.. wish I could take it

Karla is amazing! She takes care of her customers above and beyond. I love smoothie king and I visit them 3-5 times a week because they're worth the money! Plus, you find great customer service? That's definitely going to be my go to place! Thanks for a great product and people like Karla!

While I must give this location a low rating, allow me to commend two employees who work there: Marcus and Carla. If I could write Marcus or Carla, individually based on their service, I would give them five stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ alone. These two employees are friendly, efficient, helpful, and consistently provide exceptional service each time I visit. The reason why I gave the location a bad rating was because when the aforementioned employees are not present in the store, it’s a real hit or miss in terms of service. When I visited this evening, I must mention that they were not there so my dissatisfactory experience is not their fault. For some reason, Whoever made my smoothies likes to put way too much liquid in the drink, making it taste bland and watery. When I requested a remake, I strongly believe that they just took a shortcut, and instead of throwing the old drink away, they attempted to just re-mix it, and then give it back to me because it tastes just as bad as it did the first time. I could be wrong, it’s just hard to believe that someone could make the same mistake twice in a row.
