Stopped by 10:20pm 3/31/24 reached stall 1 pushed button no response; moved to stall 2 and the car hop noticed me and gave a look like I should not have pushed call button, then turned away and answered. I moved because I was under impression Stall 1 call button did not work, but still gave benefit of doubt that what I was experiencing was not actually happening. I asked for the DragonFruit drink and was informed do not have syrups. I wasn't offered any alternatives and felt as if the carhop was attempting to eliminate one less car in stall. So I pulled away parked again cause I noticed his frustration and offered my red bull I had as alternative in a cherry limeade and the young lady inside obliged. As I pulled away I noticed 2 of your associates at the back of store with door open wide squatting shooting dice, gambling. Amazing! A truly disappointing experience cause perhaps the young man that was carhopping and taking orders would not have been flustered if the other 2 associates had not been outside gambling. The young lady was helpful and has potential but was in an environment that lacked leadership. I won't be stopping by ever again. This was my 1st visit. BEWARE: CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT PRACTICED HERE.

I've been going to this location for years and haven't had any issues at all. We ordered 3 drinks on the app a few weeks ago, checked in and waited 20 minutes. I pushed the button to see why we were waiting so long, no one answered. I asked a car hop and she brought the drinks. 5 minutes after I pushed the button she brought the drinks and still no answer from the call button. We ordered tonight and 2 of the burgers were wrong and another was not in the bags. I tried calling for 20 minutes and got the busy signal the whole time. Please get a night manager that knows what they're doing as whoever is in charge clearly doesn't.

Went today to order mozzarella sticks meal and had to go back because they didn’t pack the cheese sticks. Waited 15 minutes and still no response! I left without my purchased food because no one was there ! Last time I go to this place so unprofessional! Get better workers or close the place already !

HORRIBLE PLACE!!!! Sat for 30 minutes waiting for a CARAMEL SUNDAE. That’s IT. Employees playing around inside. Hanging out in the parking lot, yelling, acting like fools. If I was the owner I would fire every one of those employees. We left. We watched people leaving left and right due to the employee’s behavior and not even being able to order or be heard over the employees yelling in the parking lot. Braums got our business and we will never be back to this Sonic again. This was on 2/9/2024 at 6:45 pm.

This place is so backwards! No one knows what the heck is going on. I understand it’s young kids but the management seems to also not know that the heck is going on either. I’ll never return.

Don't go here!! Old food. The service is horrible. Unless you like hearing "what else" after every item you order. People are just plan rude. No customer service skills at all. Management doesn't care either! The area is ghetto af. ​

Waited 22 minutes for two BLT toasters. After pressing the button and being told a total. The female who was on the speaker box after I pressed it a second time when I did not get my food, said that someone came around asking if this was their food which they did not cause my window was down the entire time. Then I was informed here you can pay full price for these cold sandwiches that we made half an hour ago. Needless to say, I did not get my food in the end. Then I called to speak with someone about this, and no one answered the phone.

Servers are rude to customers. My entire order was wrong. Once I ordered from here on DoorDash, my Dasher waited for over half an hour and kept being told it was gonna be 10 more minutes.

Waited over half an hour (they weren't busy) today (10/08/23 at around 2:30pm) , for the food to be brought out. When they did bring it out, the young man making the delivery struggled to read the order (he was reading the words slow and slurring them). He had shoulder length dark hair that seemed unwashed half up in a baseball cap. 3/4 of the items were wrong. It seemed like he was under the influence. The car next to us waited over 15 mins for one drink! A few cars left while we were waiting. I ended up pressing the button again for a refund. The lady on the com picked up to take our order and for the refund. She was nice, and entered everything correctly the first time (it showed up on the screen correctly). It did like about 5 mins for anyone to answer the button. Not sure what happened between them and the delivery.
