I honestly didn't think it was possible for a restaurant to get every order wrong on nearly every visit but this Sonic has out done every restaurant I have been to!Great job!!!

Kiddos headed up at 10:30 pm with a gift card. Ordered a couple of blasts. Gift card wouldn't read. Young man was very helpful in trying to get it to work, but manager basically said, "Tough luck." Would have paid via app, but was after the cut off by the time we got to this point. We can see the gift card has $10, yet manager couldn't. Blasts were already made, & rather than offering any solution, they were left there. We frequent Sonic (in fact, second one we visited today) as my reviews will show, & this is the most disappointing experience we've had at this, or other, locations. Kudos to the young man who tried to go above & beyond, even late in the day.

Ordered two sonic blast. One small, one mini. Asked them to not mix up the toppings because we prefer to just eat the cookie dough whole. The person taking the order seemed so confused. I had to tell her three times. When the order was brought out they brought two mini ones so the car hopper decided to take one back to bring a small after I insisted it was okay. They bring the small back and it looks like they poured the mini one into a small cup. I asked for a new one they bring it back with maybe one scoop of cookie dough on the top. At that point I ask for a total refund. This location is full of teenagers with no manners or regards to good customer service. The manager acted oblivious to what was going on while they stood around joking and laughing. I will never stop at this location again.
I know you can’t expect much from adults that work jobs meant for teenagers but the customer service here is absolutely horrible. Garbage service and terrible attitudes. Would give 0 stars if it had the option.

It's Sonic. Food is fast food, but comfort food at the worst for you, which means probably good :) Service to your car, things have gotten a little jinky over the years on how it is brought to you. Not quite like the old days.
