Usually pho Restaurants, Play classical music, This Place play rock music, I don't like rock music, Service good,Soup Pho , This number one pho restaurant serves, like many other restaurants, the same recipe, the broth is not like traditional pho soup. If you're a fan of traditional pho, I'd rate it out of 5 as a 3.a little sweet ,I'm don't like sweet Pho.If you want authentic pho soup, then you should go to this restaurant, order and enjoy a bowl of pho soup.

Great food if you can get it. No seating available, they stopped serving outside, I guess due to no staff, the staff used to be super nice, but lately they are curt with you and seem annoyed. The issue here is not their food, it is a poor customer experience.New update (02/28/24): I am here at 11:30AM and once I am turned away for service because they don’t have seating capacity. Just don’t come here at all. If you really want to grow your business, expand.

I called to place an order. Whoever was taking the order obviously does not know the menu and I’ve seen her several times also, she was very rude and didn’t even get my order right I asked for fried rice and did not receive I asked for fried rice and did not receive also, this is not the first time I’ve had a problem with waitress being rude just to note that I usually enjoy the food, but the experience is always a problem. Staff needs to get it together.she

I can't figure out the review scores for this place it is not worth these high reviews... this place was terrible... the Torpedo Shrimp... the shrimp had such a strong fish odor you couldn't even eat it...they were full of grease and soggy....spring rolls were flavorless and complete mush on the inside... Sesame Beef... 0 flavor and the box was filled with lettuce... maybe 8 pieces of beef at most and wet cold slimy noodles with 0 taste...Beef Pho- the broth was basically clear in color, I have no idea what seasonings they use but the taste wasn't like anyone else's Pho and was gross... again barely any Beef for the price...absolutely not we ended up throwing the food in the trash and going to a drive through for dinner... this place is disgusting not authentic and a waste of money... from the odor of the shrimp they clearly do not know how to handle food... save your money and taste buds go somewhere else.

The manager Gabby has ZERO customer service skills. We had 3 different prices told to us by her staff and that we found on their website and she wouldn’t honor them at all. Like I told her it wasn’t about the money as opposed to the customer service and she was flat out rude about not “being able to just change the price because her employee told me the wrong thing”. Stephen needs to really think twice about having her as his manager because his business is going to go down hill if she keeps that attitude. Put her back to cash register.

I’ve been coming here since it has open but it’s definitely not the same the like 7 times or so. Restaurant been filthy, all employees on there phones etc. tonight we walk in at 710, there’s 3 tables eating and the Chinese kid with glasses on said , “we’re closing early tonight bc our cook has a family emergency “. I mean really? There’s not only one cook, it was obviously he didn’t want us staying there since they close at 8. Horrible customer service. If this place has the same owners, they need to re staff this place. I won’t ever go back.

Best spring rolls in DFW! I have had spring rolls from other places and this is the one! Their sauces are amazing as well. Better than others. More flavorful. Great staff. Get there early, tiny and busy place if you want to eat there.

Very disappointed by the cold and rude approach of the staff. We had a large pho soup with chicken and spring rolls. The waitress decided to overcharge us, by adding $1.50 to the bill and calling it "large" and also 50 cents for lime, which is supposed to be included. This has really turned us off. Furthermore, they increased their prices by 20% without any change in quality, quantity or service. It is a matter of principle. We do not like to be cheated.
