The barista was all amazing. I usually don't go inside the store, but always use the drive thru. It felt welcoming, the barista was personable and even redid my drink because it had two shot instead of one( I forgot to ask for one) I don't usually buy a Venti. I'll definitely come back soon.Parking: It's a parking lot strictly for Starbucks partons. Lot of parking and handicap space to.

Annabelle has some of the best customer service I have received in general! Some of he baristas at this location are super genuine and kind. I try not to go to Starbucks so I don’t spend all my money but when I do it’s always a great experience. Anytime I have had an issue with my ordered I am always taken care of with a smile. Thank you all for your kindness & great customer service! Truly a great group of individuals that work at this location. ?✨Vegetarian options: Mozzarella red bell pepper sandwich is ok, my emergency choice. Egg bites. Impossible sandwich. Protein box with fruit & cheese available.

This is the worse stsrbucks I have encountered the girl in the drive thru had such a bad attitude my 6 year old said she sounds like she is having a bad day. They mess up my order almost every time and one time they had to remake it 3x I am lactose intolerant and I’ve watched them put regular milk in my drink two different times while I was standing there when I ordered oat milk so who knows how many times they have done it without me knowing and that’s horrible they talk to each other instead of paying attention. I’ve had to return several times because they forgot the sugar I ordered in my drink. I’m about to start going to Dutch brothers!!

The employees here (MOST of them) are so rude. They dont have customer service skills and beware if you order a mobile order in the drive thru and pick it up in store they will belittle you and talk to you like a little kid when most of the time they dont even place it in the designated place. smh Ive heard them lecture other customers as well.

“No Light Ice Policy”, as a regular customer (not specific to this location), I am honestly stunned this was an issue when placing my order. I take forever to finish my drink to savor it and would prefer to enjoy it undiluted. A more flexible and considerate approach would have been more appreciated, rather than denying my order.

The black young lady told me they were closed. I ask what time they closed? She said 8:30pm I said it’s only 8:20. She said she guess she would make it. I looked on your site and it says you close at 9pm. If I didn’t love the medicine balls I wouldn’t have brought it, i would have just left without purchasing anything. Need to know you are there to work not gossip because that’s what she was doing with another girl that look like she was off but still there talking to her.

They made my drink wrong and when I tried to get their attention the girls walked passed and avoided eye contact and rolled her eyes as she was walking away. As I was standing at the front, the girl proceeded to ask the other people behind me what they needed but proceeded to ignore me. That seemed extremely racist and shows that they don’t have the slightest clue about customer service. Never coming to this location again.
