This StarBucks has the worse service ever. I walk in nobody in line a employee next to the register tall Hispanic young guy, ignored me for 3 minutes at least 2 times he look up at me but said nothing and saw me before, another girl acknowledged me. It took like 10 minutes to get a cafe moco venti. Then another 5 min or more for a lemon loaf to be put in a bag no heat. When I ask for it they said it would be a min the guy at the register just kept laughing. I said keep laughing but this is the worst service I ever had here I worked at customer service for 25 years. I do not recommend this place at all you should go to Dutch Brothers instead way better service and the drinks are better my cafe mocha venti wasn't like it's supposed to be it tasted nasty. Barely even hot not wiped cream inside it. It's Like they Rush making it I believe. If I could give zero Stars I would. Waste of money and time.

Kim is such a great kind soul! She made me feel soo welcome and not rushed. I couldn’t make up my mind, didn’t have the right change and on top of that using a coupon but she still was so patient with a smile. That’s definitely outstanding customer service if you ask me!!

As always, coffee & blueberry scone were great. Gene and Jose are always glad to see us. Great place to get a coffee, and a lot has to with the great people that work there.
Walked in used the bathroom, came out went to the register 8:29pm girl says, “I’m sorry we’re closed”. Then walks away to go kick out the rest of the customers as I am telling her I was here before you closed. Completely ignored me… 0 isn’t available for customer service. Should be a negative number. But today Starbucks considers this completely rude behavior perfectly acceptable customer service behavior. I won’t be back.

Person who rang up my whole bean coffee purchase couldn’t even be bothered to put my 2 bags of coffee into a Starbucks bag. 2nd time this has occurred and it is extremely off-putting to be handed a folded bag to put my own items into.
