Giselle does not need to be on the morning shift. Horrible customer service. People are trying to get their coffee and get with their day. I had to drive to the window to place my order. One of.her peers said "I knew you missed a order." She didn't acknowledge or apologize for it. Just dryly asked "what can I get you."I had to ask for a drink carrier twice which she seemed not too happy to get.I'll get my coffee at another location if this is what I have to put up with.

Besides the rude workers, the watered down coffees are the worst part. Every time I come here, none of my party is satisfied and when we ask for our drink to be fixed they don’t do anything. Like today when I asked for light ice, got a cup full of it, and when I asked for it to be fixed, they just got their hand and took out a handful of ice.

❤ Love this Starbucks location. I stop here 3x week on my way home in the am. The quality of the food and drinks are superb!!! The line is always long but moves so fast, the drive thru is ran like a well oiled machine. Thanks!!!

Requested light ice on a drink order. When I picked up my order the drink wasn’t completely filled. I asked why the cup wasn’t full and was told because you asked for light ice. I have been a customer of Starbucks for years and I have always requested easy ice and this is the first time I have gotten a drink only 3 quarters of the way full. For a $9.00 drink my cup should be full.

My husband is a disabled Vietnam Vet and I am a disabled elderly nurse. My husband & I LOVE ❤️ the South Collins Starbucks and believe me, not all Starbucks are equal. My husband uses the drive though and staff have come to know him. Everyone is sooo friendly and the coffee is soo fresh with just the right amount of caramel in my mocha frapichio! As soon as they hear his voice, they ask if he wants his "regular." He loves all the staff and they make him feel like an important customer! We sure love our S Collins Starbucks! ❤️
I work across street at GM FINANCIAL so this is my spot. Very professional ppl spoke w Nick this morning very professional n handsome may I add pls keep handsome guys at the window lol jk everyone there are beautiful thanks guys keep up good
