I’ve been to this location 4 times now- their service is exceptionally slow and not always correct. This last time I ordered a tomato and mozzarella sandwich- they checked, said they had it, and charged me. Then after waiting, came and said that they didn’t have the sandwich. I paid with my Starbucks card and they couldn’t refund me or give me cash. We settled on getting bagels instead. After 25 minutes of watching drinks being served, we finally received our bagels. Will not return.

I tried to make a starbucks run in between classes thinking I could make it in 10 minutes. It took 40 minutes for a shaken espresso. The employees/students do not care, they take their time and once I asked them for my drink for the third time they remembered about it and made it in less than a minute. Unbelievable.
Probably the worst experience I’ve had at any coffee shop. The staff were incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. I ordered a simple iced latte, and after twenty minutes of waiting, I asked politely the status of my drink. They assured me they’re working on it. Now fast forward to over 40 min of waiting, I asked again, and they said the same thing. I’ve grown impatient since I’ve now been waiting for over an hour for a simple drink, and asked for a refund. The staff made me feel like I was being ridiculous for complaining. I let the cashier know I’ve been waiting for far too long, and he laughed at me and told me “that’s enough”. The staff were very dismissive, very disorganized, and extremely disrespectful.

40 min wait time with 4 errors… like how is this place consistently garbage. Also it’s not even worth your time asking where your order went, the employees genuinely don’t know either

The worst Starbucks anywhere. Even when I'm the only person here it takes five minutes to get a brewed coffee. Brewed means the coffee is already prepared and the employee just needs to turn around from the cash register, put a cup under the nozzle, filp the handle let the liquid go with gravity and slap on the lid. Employees would rather take down your name, put down the cup go run an errand come back and pour the coffee making patrons wait for no reason at all. Absolute zero efficiency at this Starbucks that I've been to at least five times and tried to give the benefit of the doubt seeing how I assume these are student employees but training needs to occur for routine zero skill task.

Firstly, The students here take a lot of time to make your drink. They do not even try to improve themselves neither are they very friendly. They messed up my simple drink that I had ordered which is Mocha Cookie Crumble!
