woke up excited today because the fall menu came out. little did I know my world would come crashing down in attempt to get my owl cake pop. For starters, the barista Maggie didn't ask me how my day was. i come here 3 times a week and this was very atypical. I didn't feel wanted. I felt like just a customer. just a number. Needed more staff, wait time was more than 20 minutes! Lot of teenagers acting out, loud and very rude to staff; who were trying to do a lot with just a few! Overall Starbucks was worth the wait! Tasted great!

The person at the window was reasonably nice until she saw that I was only going to tip a dollar for my $7.50 drink. I did not get a thank you, I did not get a have a good day. There was nothing to indicate that the transaction was over, except she handed me my drink and my card and took the machine back.
