Had a minor issue with an "off" taste in an Americano with cream on the way to DFW. Called after getting to airport and to suggest they check expiration date on cream. While he assured me that they do daily QC checks on all products, he still immediately offered to make it good on my return.

I had walked in and came to the counter and greeted the staff members and was ignored. After waiting, a girl came to the counter and did not even greet or say anything. I then ordered and she told me to "Wait a second" as the computer was loading. The experience there was fine but the staff members need to be reminded that their attitude does affect the environment.The store closes at 8pm but what had really aggravated me was when the girl with green hair started mopping and decided to mop right next to me at my feet. She had the entire store but decided to do so right next to me. I felt very disrespected and unwelcomed after that instance. I will be sure to contact whoever is in charge and let them know that this did in fact happen. If you are the manager and want to verify this situation. I have provided a 3/2024 7:15pm.To the staff members at this location, I hope you do better. This is not the type of work etiquette that is acceptable at any establishment. I wish you the best. Be kinder.

Well. This location has plenty of room, and lots of seating . The only problem is parking. It is best to park around the other locations close by. The wifi is fast. If you are looking for a place to just hang out, this might be a good place
I’m not sure if they just hate doing Frappuccino’s but every single time I order one it’s always watery. Never had a good Frappuccino in this location.

Hi, I visit your store every single day I forgot to grab my petite vanilla scone this morning. I tried calling you guys multiple times but your phone line is busy. My vanilla scone should be sitting there waiting, but I work in Dallas so I am not able to return to pick it up, please donate the scone to one of your staff members or give it to a homeless person. Do not throw it away. Thank you. See you tomorrow.

This review is not about the staff at this location just DO NOT ORDER IN THE APP, THEY WILL PUSH YOUR ORDER. Made the order at 11am. Got to store at 11:15. Got my $8 drink at 11:45! I noticed a few other people who ordered online wait and wait while walking were prioritized. I don’t under the point in ordering ahead if that means you’ll be forced to the end of the line. Starbucks BFFR.

This is my favorite Starbucks! I've been coming here for years, and the staff is always friendly and quick in service. The patrons are never loud, and it's a great place to get work done, with or without headphones. Also, the Pumpkin Cold Foam Chai Tea Latte is PHENOMENAL!
