Two employees that were working that night did not know what they were doing. We’re running back-and-forth from the front and the back says that they did not accept coupons ,and out of ice and apparently pizzas. It was 7 o’clock when I went in. Took me 30 minutes to have two sandwiches made.

The only reason I like going here is because an employee named Siri always treats me right. She knows her stuff, she is fast and always puts in work with a smile. Even if people come in 3min before closing she always takes care of everyone. She is my main reason for liking this location because other employees a year or 2 ago couldn’t even remember to turn off the open sign wayyyy past closing. I’d drive by at 11am and see the open sign on with nobody in there: Siri is the best!

They don’t take coupons and the employee who made my sandwich had an attitude the whole time. They don’t have cups for water. I asked for mayo on my sandwich and she put light mayo ? I’ve never been to a worse subway.

Great customer service. Ordered a couple of subs online without any sauce. Jimmy (best ever) called me to make sure I did not miss an ingredient. When I picked up the subs, he still asked me to make sure. JIMMY you killed it! Thats why I love this location!

If I could give this zero stars I would.Came to this place at 8 pm. Says on the store and online they close at 9. Got there the store doors are all locked. People are hiding in the back seeing who’s trying to open the door. People don’t wanna work. Closing early for no reason. Worst place. Do not go here.

This has normally been a weekly go-to place for me on my lunch break, but seeing an employee's cigarette on the counter where the bread is raised some concerns.

Wish I could give it a minus star. Zero customer skills at this location. The manager is even worse, she's rude, impatient, poorly trained, and verbally insults customers. She should be fired. Don't go to this location try somewhere else.

Manager Jay is rude! Talks to her employees rude and even some customers. Went in while she was training a new employee and she was very unprofessional and disrespectful. Using foul language, and having an attitude.
