Ordered four sandwiches on the app. All four sandwiches were made incorrectly. It was 9:40pm when I realized they were wrong but I was still in the parking lot and the store closed at 10. I got out the truck to see if the sandwiches could be remade but all the lights were off and it appeared the worker closed down. I also called the store and let it ring from my house until I walked in and it was ringing loud enough for me to hear it when I arrived at the store. No one ever answered.

Went to this location at 10am not so impressed that they have no tuna then i ask for phily the lady ( with poor customer service) said we dont have that either!the food was covered that u can’t look if the meat is still fresh or how come they cover it! Who ever franchises check on ur employees!

I like this place so much. But what changed my mind was that they are an organized. And sometimes when I go there. They don't have what I want. And there's not that much choices on what to pick. And they keep doing menu changes.

This is the worst subway I've ever been to! Whoever this lady is that work in there took a 5$ tip just to make my sandwich this lady complained an told my mom she was going to be striked dead ! Get this lady out of there she is horrible worst sandwichs she talks an yells over food!

horrible. gave this location two chances. both times bread was stale. lettuce was brown. no lids for soft drinks.... but they didn't tell me that when I ordered the drink. one person working and very slow and unfriendly. horrible

Service is terrible every time I come in here there's only one person working and they're always doing something besides helping a line of waiting customers unprofessional and annoying I get once or twice but every single time I come in here like do better

We had ordered online and arrived not even 10 minutes after the estimated time of the food being ready, and upon receiving our order (3 footlong subs) they were already cold, untoasted and without cheese (despite asking for toasted bread and cheese on all 3 of them.)We then had asked for corrections to be made at least regarding the cheese, and the employee had confidently said she had prepared them correctly yet had no response to the missing cheese, and kept claiming we needed to order in-person if we wanted warm sandwiches. Really Subway? What's the point in encouraging people to use the app/order online if your employees tell you to do otherwise?Terrible service and I truly hope that employee isn't giving the same treatment to others with her deflections.

Worst place i ever been at walked in at 6:00 and I’m trying to make it as easy for them but then I’m told they ran out of all meats so like why are y’all open ?

My husband ordered through the app for pick up and the older lady today around 4pm thought he was trying to steal food. She claimed that people steal food a lot. She asked for a subway confirmation and then she still said it was not him even thought he said he's name with his initial. He showed his email confirmation and finally gave in. My husband was tired and looked a bit of mess after a long day at what. This lady needs to be trained before going back on the floor. I will take my business to another location.

Wasn't impressed with the location. There was almost nowhere to park. When I went inside, half of the seating is filled with huge boxes of equipment that were being stored in the seating area. The two tables closest to the deli were confiscated by the employees' items such as aprons, cups, and cell phones, so that those tables could not be used by customers.Employees unprofessional, improper work attire, etc, etc. etcThe meatball sub I order was skimpy, and the bread was stale.The front door by the deli had been smashed in like someone crashed into with their car, and so they were using the back door which was propped open by a box on the floor creating a trip hazard.Parking: There is a parking lot, but I think it is mostly occupied by abandoned cars, or just employee parking. I was the only customer in Subway, but all the spaces around Subway were occupied. In fact, I barely even found a spot.

April 11, 2023...I have never been so humiliated in my life. Went in at 751pm on my way home to buy 4 foot-longs for the family. I've never been to this location before. When I got there, there were no customers in the store. The two employees working were engaged in stocking and inventory. When I stepped up to the counter, an employee named "AJ" said; "it's gonna take a minute, I have to finish this" (pointing to his inventory checklist). At 809pm, he appeared finished so I moved closer to the counter to order. Now he says; "it's gonna be about 10 minutes more". I walked out and went to my Subway in Cedar Hill. I am extremely mad. You don't make customers wait so you can do inventory. You do inventory when the store is closed. I will never visit this store again. I will tell everyone I know not to visit this store. Probably won't matter. Nobody cares. Customer service is dead.John L, Cedar Hill
