Came in a few before my shift at work and it was pretty packed, with three of us to one employee. He was extremely fast and efficient. It took less than 5 for us to start ordering, and even less for it to be made. He was great in making sure everyone was well taken care of. First time was great.

Sweet onion teriyaki chicken sub was delicious. Sandwich was made the way I ordered it online and was ready on time. The sweet sauce tasted very good, but too much was put on the sandwich. If I had ordered food in person, sure I would have been able to tell the workers to put less sauce.Tried the Miss Vickie's Spicy Dill Pickle chips for the first time. They are very good. I needed a bigger bag! Perfect compliment to the sandwich...Sprite was good, cold and fresh. Ice machine had plenty of ice.The workers didn't greet and didn't speak when leaving, but they were very busy restocking the ingredients on the food table.Store inside was clean and organized.Part of entrance uncovered was littered with a lot of bird poop. Had to be careful not to step in it.Overall, a good experience. Will return.

I just started working at an office just across the parking lot from this location, and man, did I get lucky! The staff is out of this world. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The food is always prepared well and carefully, and everyone works well together. It's always got people coming in and out, so it stays pretty steadily busy.

Horrible customer service. They treat people less than and passive aggressively talk down to them. Seems like these people are not very good at their job and instead of wanting to help people they ridicule them.

Person making my sandwich calls the guy in front of me baby before and after every topping, but I get scolded for choosing my veggies faster than she can add to my sandwich. Not a great way to treat guests.
