I had submitted an online order with an estimated time of 12:10pm. I was not told prior to pick up that they didn’t have the chicken teriyaki until I had already been waiting for a good 20minutes for my coworkers sandwiches too. However, she was really nice about it and made me a substitution sandwich! I’ll give her the four stars for her effort in making the situation better for me. Great customer service!

This was my first time at this location. They made my sandwich perfectly. I ordered online so I could get that by one foot long get one free because they are a participating location, and everything was perfect.
Don't go here! If I could give them lower than a zero I would. First they roll their eyes at you, I don't know if they do this to anyone else but I let it go. But then I was kicked out because of my service dog. One of the workers told me "sorry your bipolar and smirked" first that is very disrespectful and I'm not bipolar. They denied me from ordering and told me to leave that their boss told them to do that. Asked for his/her number was denied and she said "I'm the only one that can call them" Both laughed at me and told me to leave and one had the audacity to cuss at me and the other told me I'm going to call the cops. Other customers were there and I hope their cameras are working. I wanted to stay there and have them call the cops but had to leave because I have an appointment. But will come back today and call the police.
