This review is almost identical as a second location a few miles east off Collins.I tried calling at least five times and no one would answer so, I stopped in to see if they were a location that did the advertised Subway promotions. THEY ARE NOT, they don't do the bogo offers or anything. The employee was nice and welcoming but, when they don't participate in advertised promotions then I'm not interested.Honestly, how can you carry a Brand Name Store, sell their product and not participate in advertised promotions? At least answer the phone or post "no promotional coupons accepted" here in the Google ad for your location.

Ordered a Meatball Marinara. All I tasted was the cheese. Not the Marinara which is what I was looking forward to. Also asked for toasted. That didn't happen either. Don't go there on a Wednesday afternoon.

Terrible customer service. They close before closing time. The worker comes outside to smoke so he turns off the open sign.

Staff wasted my time to tell me they dont accept coupons until I got to the register, they wouldnt accept it as a one time thing considering the sandwich was made , instead the lady scoffed at me saying shed rsther waste it then accept the coupon. Rude behavior and if your not accepting coupons something up that says so, they pointed at a torn up piece of paper at the beginning of the line, ridiculous.
