The food is never mainly the issue, it's that half the time the people working mess up my order. Literally just got a combo with cinnamon twists and they just aren't in the box? They're on the receipt. One time I went to the window with separate orders and they didn't give me mine, so I went inside only to see the entire bag of food sitting on the back counter being ignored. I'm done coming here.

Tonight April 13 my boyfriend and I decided to dine in so that we can take our time ordering and not feel rushed. Well even when we take our time ordering the order still doesn’t come out right. He selected for his burrito to be grilled and it wasn’t so he had to take it to them to have it grilled. Short time later he was eating some of my loaded nachos and bit into what looks like some sort of plastic. He brought it to the manager’s attention and she was denying it as if he wanted a refund or something. I told her we didn’t want anything but to acknowledge that something may have broken equipment wise or it may been mixed in with something without their knowledge.No concern was shown just denial.I told manager that he just wanted bring awareness because he’s had something similar happen with a taco cabana and screw from the equipment.Be careful and eat your food slowly when and wherever you eat out.

NEVER EAT AT THIS TACO BELL location. Just like basically every fast food outlet on South Cooper, avoid at all costs. The staff has consistently given me broken tacos with cold meat and offered no replacements or apologies when brought to their attention. They simply do not care here. Go literally anywhere else

I went and ordered some food thru the drive thru about 5 minutes ago. All my crunchy tacos were broken. My soft tacos were old hard tortillas. The quesadilla was hard no chicken in it. My sons nachos had an hair in it. Even when I was at the speaker the drive thru girl was rude and kept asking me to repeat my order time and time again. This was my worse experience at any Taco Bell.

Been waiting for 20 mins no one came at register, one guy came and said doesn't know to use the register, then I believe a manager came took my order, not only that but he left the receipt in the machine I even waited for long, for them to hand it approximately 5 minutes ended up grabbing it my self from the machine, at that point hire me as well since I'm doing all their work

These people threw cold chicken inside of a tortilla and grilled it for 15 seconds. Cheese wasn’t even melted. Too expensive for this amount of laziness. Never had a quesadilla this terrible from any Taco Bell

This location is no longer very good. Last two times I went there the food tasted noticeably old. First time thought it was a fluke... It was great last summer but whatever crew is there now just makes abunch of food and leaves it all day to sell apparently. Go to a different location.
