I go to this location every few weeks hoping it improves to no avail. Their food is consistently shoddy even for taco bell. I went last night and I did have the correct number of items. However I ordered a chicken enchilada burrito and it had absolutely no chicken in it, just beans and rice. Didn't discover that until after I had gotten home. I think I'll just stop going now and you'd have to pay me to come back.

I'm just going to start with, between Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas & Colorado along with the vast majority of Texas - This by far has been the absolute worst Taco Bell that I've been to in my time.Service was decent but the morale was just sad, as for the food - old, cold, hard & not worth the trip or what I had to pay for it.10/10 would highly recommend going to literally ANY other location for your Taco Bell fix.

Taco prices have gotten way out of hand.12 regular tacos now cost more than a nice ribeye steak! Painful... $27.00 for 13 tacos.I will definitely reconsider next time. "See-ya!" "Bye."? I make better at home and saving a tank full of gas. Jeeeeez!

I was not happy with the cheesy meat burrito it was full of rice and no meat. Change the name to cheesy rice burrito.Service was great and friendly!

sat in the drive thru for 30 mins with 8 cars behind me and wasn’t acknowledged at all. all the cars ahead of me got their orders taken, food and left. and i still waited another 10 mins before waiting at the window to see if maybe the microphone was broken. after not being acknowledged i left and saw they started taking the orders of the cars behind me in line. absolutely ridiculous.
Friendly and quick overnight staff. The older lady has got jokes. ........................(character limit sucks)

Lady at the window was so nice, i was expecting slow service cause it was 10:30pm but to my surprise, the lady was very charismatic and joyful. it was very nice talking to her. The food was very good too, not low quality at all. The inside is very nice and the outside is very nice too.

I ordered a #6 . Both shells were barely toasted , limp. I won't say I like them hard but crisp would be nice . 1 of the chulupas I recieved maybe 4 end pieces of chicken. Like 4 little bits. Both maybe had at most 10 little shreds of cheese. The taco barely had and beef filling. Taco bell keeps getting worse and worse. I was hoping with a new store the product would be better. Horrible. No value for there customers..shame

Not impressed with my order tonight at all. Also don't like the attitude of the Drive thru worker. Seems like he doesn't wanna work there. Handing my food and quickly turning away. Makes me not wanna come here. I've been coming here for about a year now because my job is close. I don't wanna come to a restaurant when I've had a meh day and then have it more ruined by terrible food and customer service. I paid $20 tonight and usually spend atleast $15 each time I come. Wtf y'all didn't even fill up my soft tacos all the way. Terrible service with food you pay for that isn't even worth it I have to say the Night Crew here is awful. The lunch Crew they're actually nice and get me in and out and happy. I don't know if the one younger black girl still works there but she was my favorite. She needs a raise. She's always very sweet. But the manager needs to talk to the Night crew. If they keep getting complaints it's just gonna keep people from coming here. Not something you want. It's sad I wanted to love this location because it's the one I go to all the time...

This is the taco bell I frequent because it’s right by my house. I went with my boyfriend and they asked us to pull up front and they’d bring our order out to us, when they brought it out we were missing a burrito, and as I was about to step out and go inside the manager who was going home noticed and asked me what was missing and went inside to get me my food, brought it out and apologized. Very good customer service!
