Love their food, but being on a fixed income I think their prices are a bit to high. Thank you.

My food tasted like SOAP or heavy chemicals and the taste even after 4 hours has not left my mouth. I am utterly discussed.

While I was at home , my husband was at work. After his shift he went to Taco BuenoDrive-Thru, I wasn’t expecting anything and he surprised me with the“muchos nachos” for dinner and It delicious and perfect size. This is the first time I eat food from Taco Bueno and now I know where I can order nachos with different ingredientsWell done!

Don't see how this place is still open. How is the open sign on and flashing, but the door is locked.......you can clearly see a few employees inside but quickly walk away from the register after seeing me tug on the door. Male and female sitting in the dining area.....seen to be in their late teens just looked away. Maybe they are employees? After checking the hours of operation online it says that this location is open til 10pm.... It is 9pm.

Went thru the drive thru tonight around 8pm. I ordered the Chilada platter and 2 cheesecake chimis. The young man at the drive thru handed me the bag, the incorrect way. I got home and was holding the bag to ensure my food did not fall out. Too late pretty much all of my food was in the bottom of the bag. The thing it comes in, does not look like the rice/beans/guacamole/ & sourcream were even put in the place they go as those two areas had no trace of anything. So, I tried to call for 30 minutes and phone constantly busy. Perhaps to avoid complsint calls. I paid $12.43 and all I can eat is the chilada which is half missing from falling out.I have had a couple of issues I have let slide, but not this time. I am not a big Taco Bell fan, but think I will take my business there moving forward. Nothing like cheesecake chimis coveted in beans ?

I used to be a devout Bueno head. When I was younger and living in Grand Prairie, Taco Bueno was king. They've always been much tastier than Taco Bell. Since moving to Arlington, the Collins St location has become a disappointment. While the food still has the same taste, it's their serving sizes that disappoint. The tacos, burritos and muchacos are not as filling. They're pretty skimpy on the portion sizes and that hurts when the pricing doesn't reflect the portions. If prices stayed at the level things were 20 years ago, this might be acceptable. They're no match during this Bidenflation we're currently going through.

Everything is broken and the staff does what they can, but workers I know are far underpaid and their morale is critical. Food is good, but not like taco benuo ran by actual chefs good that you sometimes find.Vegetarian options: Poor selection. All food has meat-based products in it!
