4401 s Collins is the worst taco bueno never get 1/2 the order can never get a cash register receipt with delivery and when call no one will answer poor

I was there this evening and I bought the wrong chicken rolls , and I went back and the Manger replaced my food at no extra charge , what an exemplary of a manager is he but I didn't get his name but he has done a great job , he was so kind I didn't have to do alot explaining, thankuou job well done sir 11-23-23 7-8 pm

Food temp was not hot. The place was empty no customers nobody at the counter to take my order I had to say Hello! to get somebody to the front. Some tables needed cleaning.

The name says it all, the taco ranks above Taco Bell! And the service was delightful. The only downfall is the sauces are on a bar, and I don't do open food ??♀️ but the tacos were delicious without the sauce! 5 out of 5 would recommendKid-friendliness: This place has seats of all different sizes whether you want to spend time with the family as a group or if you just want to chill at a window bar.Parking: This place is easy to get in and out of. Very fast and organize workers keep anything from getting backed up..

This place is housing the BIGGEST LIARS. Order 4 chicken taqitos got two, order 2 soft tacos got 1. Even when I questioned they said its in there.No one was at the restaurant eating nor ordering I should have known better. Well I will not be going back to any of their Arlington locations!They will not even answer their phone! What a rip off!BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

I ordered two mucho nachos, and the chips were stale. My niece tasted one left a very bad taste in her mouth. I tasted one, it was stale, and left a bad taste in my mouth as well. I threw the nachos and tacos away as well. The food didn't look fresh, ended up going to Taco Bueno off of S Cooper Street and their food was fresh and the chips weren't stale. Won’t be going back to Collins to get taco Bueno. Cooper Street will be the place that I get my food from.

Not being from Texas, I would say that this place serves a unique kind of "Mexican" like meal that may require a certain flavor or style to get used to or acquainted. It is not quite Tex-Mex or Del Taco'ish. I can certainly taste the cheddar or American cheese flavor when I noshed on my chicken soft taco. I admit, I generously painted, dipped. and glossed the taco with lots of spicy hot sauce. I wanted to really like this Taco Bueno Texas chain. It is Ok. You might like it. I think I will stick with Taco Bell or Del Taco next time I am in Texas. The staff and service were fine...no complaints here.
