This Taco Casa is near my office and a favorite stop for Taco Tuesday.I enjoy their prompt and courteous service, and everything always comes out hot and crispy.Great lunchtime value and fast service...Great job!

Hopefully this will help management improve. I’ve been to many taco casa locations including this one. I order the same thing, taco salad without dairy. Today I ordered as usual. When I got home and looked at the taco salad I noticed that it had no meat nor tomatoes nor black olives. I drove back to this location, told them my issue and asked if they could remake the salad. I saw the guy throwing the salad together. Not sure if he was upset about remaking it or just having a bad day. They remade it with lots of refried beans and very little meat, hardly any tomato and black olives. When I mentioned this to the manager she told me that they were trained to make it that way. Seems she was a bit upset with me. She also added that they usually use lots of cheese. I’m not sure why she told me that since I asked for no dairy. After she repeatedly told me they were trained to make taco salads this way I told her that I am sorry that they were trained that way and requested a refund. I explained to her that I’ve been to this location before and my food has never looked like this. She offered zero solutions to please A CUSTOMER. She kept saying that they were trained this way. Sadly she was more offended than helpful. She became a bit combative so I told her AGAIN to give me my money back. I did receive the refund.I’m not sure what could be done about poor management but thought I’d share.

Easy to order, doesn't take long for service, decent employees.Kid-friendliness: Big enough inside for you and your kids to dine in.Wheelchair accessibility: I believe there are booths with room for wheelchair if needed also takes with removable chairs for space. And I think also a ramp when entering the building.

Messed our order of two Super Taco salads up very badly. The cashier walked away from the window and wouldn’t return because I wouldn’t allow him to charge my card twice.Another young lady has to come over to finish servicing me.

What's not to love about Taco Casa. Fast food is mostly employed by College-age people. This location the younger aged people. get your order right and get you going. in a very short amount of time. When I'm ordering food for six people.

I have eaten at this restaurant twice now and both times the food was trash they have supper sized tacos for sure but the taco shells itself is trash it taste stale and not fresh at all my food wasn’t even hot or warm the wait time thru the drive thru was quick as hell the taco salad was huge but no flavor at all this place overall is a waste of money to me the portions are good but food quality is horrible they need to update that recipe and add some seasoning to the food the price is too high it needs to go down as well

I like their taco salads. I tried ordering a taco with beans instead of meat and the young employees said they could not put beans in a taco shell. I explained that the beans are practically the same consistency as sour cream and that made no sense. Bless their hearts, they were left confused by this and again stated they could not put beans in a taco shell. I got a taco salad with beans.
