To have to give even 1 star is ridiculous. My sister ordered food from here earlier today and after we'd already began eating the food, she noticed MOLD on the sauce lid!Long story short the manager is refusing to prioritize the customer and do the right thing to rectify the situation.After ingesting MOLDY items the manager Emily believes someone would be comfortable eating ANYTHING else from the place!She wanted us to drive BACK up to the location only to recieve a partial refund??? So not only is it an inconvenience to drive back up to this location, she believes she only needs to refund the meal that was INEDIBLE. Because there was "nothing wrong with the rest of the food"Are you serious????Who would want to eat anything else after that??? Who would trust the conditions of ANYTHING else being prepared there???Not only can you not trust how things are being prepared or the shelf life of anything you are eating, my sister is ALLERGIC to mold. The manager completely disregarded this during their conversation.Extremely poor customer service and poor business management!The fact that reviews are needed to bring attention to this instead of making the situation right, is again extremely ridiculous and disappointing.

PLEASE BEWARE! MOLD. I placed a pick up order for about $50. Upon getting to my destination I noticed one of the sauces had mold in and around the lid .... AFTER I had already placed it on the food and consumed some of it.I called the location ... and after an employee contacted a manager, she contacted to me and said she had to call back to speak with her chef before taking care of the customer. Why? I sent pictures to her phone that were clearly of MOLD. The manager Emily said that I could come back to the store so that she could replace/refund monies for the ONE set of buns. I let her know I am actually ALLERGIC to mold and that I did not want to place my self in harms way not knowing the status of the rest of the food and wanted to be refunded for ALL of the food. She declined and said if there was nothing wrong with the rest of the food she could only refund me for the ONE set of buns. ma'am..... IF YOU DIDN’T KNOW ABOUT THE SAUCE HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO BE CONFIDENT IN YOUR FOOD. That's HORRIBLE. DO BETTER. I WANT A REFUND.

We came from six flags to this place for an early dinner. It wasn't too crowded, had nice music and amazing food (with alege proportions). The staff was also good at conversation and taking our order. 5 out of 5 stars are deserved.
