i’ve been supporting this place for years and mostly order pick up. my last time supporting this place because of their dishonest practice. i called & ordered 6 lengua tacos for pick up about 30 mins before they closed. they wanted my credit card over the phone because they were closing. they charged me for 6 tacos but when i got home, i only saw 5 tacos. i called them back and the guy told me to text a number a picture of my tacos. i hadn’t touched it so i sent them a picture of the 5 tacos. he said the manager will reply and i can get my 1 taco i didn’t receive. and no one replied to give me a solution. they cheated me a taco, its not a lot of $ but a taco is still a taco, i paid for something and i didn’t receive it. the lack of principle & integrity here is the restaurant cheated me and failed to give me a solution.

I love the tacos here. The waitstaff is friendly in English or Spanish. Nothing to complain about. Parking isn't always great but that is such a minor thing.

I had a bad experience prior being ignored by a previous older waiter woman with glasses i even complained to a manager that didnt really show empathy. But last Sunday i decided to give them a second chance and to be merciful and gracious, since their food is always super good. And I had an excellent experience food was amazing and the young lady helping us the waitress named Lupita was just super kind and super sweet I love her kindness she has such a sweet soul. I appreciate her attentiveness . She greeted us with a smile.and was eager to help my husband and I, Lupita was just so positive and i appreciate how professional and the excellent customer service she provided despite being so busy. the manager was a tall man super attentive to our needs checking on us. I just want to compliment you for the great service and compliment "Miss Lupita la mesera" she was awesome I pray God blesses her and that she put hers trust in Jesus Christ of Nazereth. may the Lord Jesus Christ bless this establishment, that everyone there may repent and believe in the Lord King Jesus Christ.

If you’re black don’t dine in here .. service was horrible .. I wasn’t greeted like every one else just told to pick a seat anywhere . No one wanted to be my server . I ordered chips and a bean dip they brought it out in seconds cold with hard shredded cheese on top . I asked for water and lemon got water in a cup that had food on it.. another server Simon came to take my order, I ordered my food . When I called him over to ask that my dip get reheated he looked at me turned his back and told the young lady who was eating to help me . I politely got up and left.Atmosphere was great if you’re Mexican but it felt like I didn’t belong .
Delicious horchata and gorditas! Great service and good options. I really wish they had a Gordita platter that came with rice and beans! I think that would be such a good deal.
