Great food always fresh, good customer service as well. I've been dinning here even before they relocated and the quality of the food and service is still great.

Now I understand why people request zero or no star option for reviews. One star is way to much for how horrible this lady’s customer service is. I read reviews of bad customer service but ok food, so I decided to still try it anyways. Mistake! The horrible customer services and rudeness was beyond what I expected. This lady has ZERO phone etiquette, and seemed mad that I was ordering a lot of food. My friend said the lady owns the restaurant, but I’m finding that hard to believe. She looked like a sad human being that did not want to be there. It’s hard to put in words how rude and sad she was.Now for the food, it was horrible. The chicken and Suya taste like pure salt; it’s not edible at all. I don’t understand how someone will taste that and still sell it? The egusi and jollof is bad but edible. Meat pie does not look or taste like meat pie either. Please take your money somewhere else. Never will I ever go to this place again.

This was my first time eating Nigerian Food and I was excited. I researched a few places, but decided this was the one I will try first. I ordered the regular size chicken with jollof rice. I've heard so much about it that I was ready to have my 1st experience. I also ordered the grilled tilapia. As I waited in the dining area I noticed there was alot of flies flying around. At 1st I wanted to dine inside but with all those flies I knew it would be impossible to enjoy the meal. When I received the food I was kinda surprised to only see one chicken drumstick so I asked how many were included with the large order and I was told 2 drumsticks. 2 drumsticks and some rice for $19 is not suitable in price. So now on to eating. The jollof rice was mediocre to say the least ,but the sauce over the chicken was just ok. The Talapia was not pleasing at all to me. The first reason was is was too, too spicy. I like spicy food but this was on a whole other level. I may be new to Nigerian food but not to other countries in Africa's food. And over all the Talapia didn't taste like talapia to me. So this was not a pleasant experience for me. Maybe they had an off day or I just need to try another Nigerian restaurant.

Restaurant is slowly going towards shutting down. Either Covid killed it or the poor cooking. Most items on the menus pictured in the reviews from 1 to 5 years ago are no longer available. A very small simplified menu is what remains. Pictures of the foods on the current restaurant menu board depict way bigger sizes than you will receive. For example the picture of the chicken drumsticks shows several legs of chicken but you only get one drumstick. No longer a sit down style restaurant instead you will receive all your food in take out containers to sit in a silent space with no music or atmosphere.Food is tastes like it is mostly microwaved so it is dry and tough. But it still takes a long time to get your food. We waited over an hour. Some food was hot others like the rice were cold. Portions are very small to go container size. Food is over spiced.

This restaurant is connected to a gas station, so there’s really no atmosphere is nothing but a restaurant. The service is kind of slow but the food is oh so good! I just wish they gave you more food for the price.

The customer service is trash, the skinny lady is very rude , if u order ahead they do not care if ur food is cold by the time u get there . worst nigerian food spot in the whole USA ~ u can def do better , and the portions are so small and not worth the money

Food was mostly good but the portions are extremely small. I ordered 2 large plates beef and goat, 2 Sorrell (Hibiscus) drink and Stew.Plates were $20, they misunderstood my order and gave me an extra beef plate. Both the Goat and Beef was extremely tough as it had been pan fried til it was hard then put in sauce but was too caramelized to soften up during simmer. Fufu casava, spicy sauces and the sides were extremely good. Stew as labeled was just thick broth with nothing in it, was good but seemed like just the sauce from the beef put in a plastic cup. Waited almost a half hour to get food and portions came out in tiny little styrofoam boxes, less then half what you would get at a box lunch place like L&L or Panda Express.Because of the mistake in an extra plate it was almost 80 dollars before tip!Edit: Looking at the pictures of the food from other viewers after writing this review I realize I got a third of the meat pictured in them, 1 star

Went here a couple months ago with my mom and got chicken jollof rice, fufu with Efo and beef, and red stew with goat meat. They could use better customer service and were rude. My food was good, but the plate my mom got wasn't good.

Zenas God!!!

This is the most amazing food. I have been going for months now. I was afraid to try the spicy goat but when I say mind blowing I mean it will have u going back for more. My son is a picky eater but he is always asking mama we getting egusi and fufu today, I leave my leftovers for the next day in it still taste fresh ( that's if my son don't eat it). The customer service I really appreciate her. We also tried the meat pie and it's good, the donuts is amazing. I just wanna thank the workers for being so nice and always having my food fresh. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYTHING ON THE MENU MY GO TO IS EGUSI WITH CHICKEN AND side of spicy goat. Signed and stamped by kameesha
