Came here & was floored with the service & inconsistency of EVERYTHING regarding the business the waitress didn’t know prices of anything barely knew her name maybe the outfit had he outside herself…… SMH she took 40 minutes to bring margaritas the only reason we seven stayed that long was due to few other patrons we struck up conversation with about the terrible service they also were receiving & got lost in time. Anyways when she bout FOUR MAGARITAS the receipt said 120 ???????? imFrom Atlanta I do not mind paying for a good time but THIS WAS FAR from that especially since they had NOOOOO TISSUE OR napkins in the restroom the WAITress well name her Shana cause it changed twice said it’s always like that you want a napkin ?????? After paying this bill for margarita mix & ice do you know she went and added her own tip on my card TWO DAYS AFTER this establishment should be INVESTIGATED for soooo many different reasons I wouldn’t recommend this place to SATAN HIMSELF keep your money

I TOO came there from out of town. Not only was the entire staff RUDE we looked at FOUR females sit & debate who was going to take our order for 10 minutes they clearly were busy .......................... let's call it "working" after waiting on the rudest one ( guess she lost the bet) she then took 10 MORE MINUTES after I received my watered downed margaritas I INSURED to write the biggest GOOSE EGG I could on tip after seeing gratuity wasn't & I quote literally wasn't on the ticket. And left her a paper dollar..... Do yall know I got an alert 3 days later she updated the tip to 7 dollars. It's not about the money it's the PRINCIPLE & when I called I was told to call after 10pm to speak to a manager did I mention im from outta town. Yea do NOT COME HERE GET A BOTTLE STAY HOME..... Texas customer service is DIFFERENT

Bunch of young half naked waitresses with no customer service skills, quoting wrong drink prices and neglecting to bring change unless you ask for it. I'm not sure if you blame the manager for not training the girls or them for thinking a cute face and but cheeks out will get you tips. I didn't order food and should not have been charged $10 to get in the place just to drink.

Ok spot, but the a bartenders lacks consistency in drink sizes and the drink potency of the alcohol that is. I ordered a tequila sunrise the first time it came out it was in medium glass 6 oz it was made perfect. I was willing to get another one. So the second one I ordered came in a smaller glass like a 4 oz glass. I was highly disappointed, when I seen the glass to start there exactly the drink tasted very citrusy. I was not getting any tequila that round. Let alone the person that I was with second drink came in the same glass which was a 8 oz glass and the drink was just pure watered down I don't know if they thought that we were drunk off of one drink but the drinks was not drinking LOL. Upon asking for a refund for my friends drink which took forever to get after that night I knew for sure I'll probably will never return to this place.

Was having a good time until my bill came. I was here from out of town for my best friend birthday, I ordered 2 drinks and was charged for 3 drinks. Per the manager it was due to having a large party. So I have to fit the bill for someone else or because your server couldn't keep up with who had what. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Stole $90 from me, charge me an extra $90 dollar for entrance fee. Contacted them three times for refund. Never could go the owner to contact me.
First off, came into this establishment with a group of folks and got told a bottle of Casa was 225 plus 50 for a VIP table. We ordered two bottles and received a check for 800 and awful service. We did not tip!!! Come to find out she left herself a tip on both of our cards for herself!! We will be pursuing this matter with the establishment and the server!!

I’ve come to this location many times over the last 3 or 4 years and I can say the food/drinks are amazing but sometime the bar girls may not be the most friendly. Maybe they’re tired and ready to go home towards the last few hours of the night but there’s still no reason to be rude.
