Came in after my mom had passed away in April. I was so down but had my favorite French onion soup, I think a beverage while I chatted with a sweet older lady who kept me company since I was noticeably depressed. She was so kind to be there for me. Wish I could remember her name. Me and my son use to go here once a week and eat our favorite wings. Definitely recommend this location. Brings back a lot of memories.

We didn't even eat here but we had a poor experience. I understand it's Thanksgiving and most people don't work but if you chose to be open then have a plan. The hostess told us she wasn't taking a list and she'd remember who was in order even though she entirely forgot she had spoken to us. Another server came in and started making a list (which was great) but there were people who were missed because they didn't hear this message even though the hostess said, "I'd remember." Disappointing hostess job even though the servers looked like they were trying to be helpful.

Good food. Good waiter (Ty). But music was so loud that it made it difficult to carry on a conversation. Apparently a manager has to make a decision to adjust the volume in spite of customer opinion. The music was too loud and was not turned down for us. Ty, was a great waiter.

Our server, Leah, was great. Haven't been to a Friday's in years. Was disappointed in the size of their potato skins. They used to have the best!Finally, their restaurants used to be spotless. This one in Arlington was dirty, from the restrooms to the sticky dirty floors. Ugh.

Food was good, but a few items over cooked a bit.Service was good, bit could hear a lot of bickering between staff over their jobs throughout the meal.Little dark, but not bad. Be aware of the Cobb Salad. Not Healthy. Research the composition. What I thought was healthy is extremely higher in calories than I would expect. Also very high in sodium, fat, cholesterol, carbs etc. Google it.

This place was absolutely a great working atmosphere to be in. all of the employees are working hard and providing great service it’s a Homey kind of old school restaurant, and it makes a comfortable vibe to be in and I recommend anyone to come here for great food great drinks and great service, especially from the bartender and the servers. The bartender here is very nice and handsome and makes excellent drinks.

The menu has changed a lot. There are items on there that are 16+. There are other items that are decent price. We got the sampler plate that has your choice of wings or boneless. We got parmesan boneless chicken. On that platter, they also had everything potatoes and mozzarella sticks. I mean, the sampler platter is always good. I do have to say, though, the boneless parmeson wings were strong. I also got pasta with shrimp. It was good as well. It was a little spicy. So don't get this if you don't like spicy stuff. I also ordered a small Ceasar salad ? it was as good as usual. What Ceasar salad isn't good. Then we had 2 alcoholic drinks. No complaints about the food or drinks ? Service was good... I thought it was weird, though, that on Saturday night, the bar would have more patrons.

Waited 20min for my friend to get water because the bartender was in the phone. Food was undercooked. Bartender was rude and the manager was even more so. The only saving grace was one of the servers apologizing for everything. Management needs a serious overhaul and training.
The food was good but the place was unkept. The bathrooms were dirty. No paper towels. The floors seemed to have this permanent sticky they were covered in. The tables were the same and I didn’t want to touch anything but my plate and glass. The only saving grace? Easy on and off the freeway. I wouldn’t go out of my way to go here.

Restaurant was not pleasant at all. Would not recommend this location. My party group and I had just came from a long day of work and wanted a quick bite to eat and to relax. That clearly did not happen. To begin, the service was slow, after placing our drink order it took forever and when they finally came with our drinks the food also took a long time even though the restaurant was not full at all. There was probably two other small groups of people. We were a party of four and we pretty much order the same things, but the food still came out seperately. Because of that everyone at my table ate at different times. For my order, I had requested my food to come without the shrimp because I can`t eat seafood and apparently it felt like it was a hard request to fulfil because the waiter had to inform me the reason why my food was taking forever was because the kitchen was making my meal with the shrimp several times and needed to remake it. When my meal finally came and last of my group, my group was done. During that time we wanted to speak to the manager to find out what was going on. When the manager approached us it was as if she didn`t really care about the inconvenience and just compensated my meal. Now, everything would of been fine afterwards, but I decided I would take my meal to go and when I switched the food to the to go plate that was when I noticed the meal had shrimp inside. Now I was extremely pissed. What restaurant does not respect someone`s simple request. Luckily, I don`t have a severe allergy but mild and discomfort. When Jenny the manager came back to our table she acted as if it was my fault for not advising them I had an allergy since they had a different procedure to take. However, the simple fact was, I had requested to not receive an item because I don`t eat it, and that right there should make an indication to not mix something a customer requested to not have since they don`t eat it, and then try and say the food was cook seperately. To make matters worse, my friend forgot her car key and went back in and said she could hear Jenny the manager talking badly about us. For a General Manager that is absolutely disgusting and disrespecful to do. Her role was not taking seriously and was not acting professional towards the whole situation. Putting blame on us when the service was slow and not ordering properly apparently should not give her the right to talk to paying customers like that.

All in all it wasn't a bad experience. The food was good, the server was over tasked with tables. So I understood it taking slower. My biggest issue was hpw sticky the floor was even in the bathroom. It seemed like they mopped the soda area first, and then moved out to the seating area.

Horrible service had to wait 10 min before anyone took down our name, several dirty tables but they claimed they had no tables, took forever to receive food and they claimed they were extremely busy but there was barely anyone there maybe 5 tables were being used out of 35! Waiter was forgetful had to remind him several times, bathroom had flies and nats, horrible experience and horrible service.
