I arrived and went to front desk to check-in. I was told a price that was $80 over my reservation price. I had to show the email confirm to get right price. Reserved a king and when we got to the room it was 2 queens. Called front desk & was told there were none available and that a king was not available due to my late check-in. OK so the customer is to blame for you not holding a reservation. Great way to spend an anniversary with my wife! You all were terrible and I will not stay at a Marriott property again. Room was vey plain with no art on the walls. It felt very institutional. Several channels did not work on TV.

Decent hotel in a great location. A few minutes walk to Cowboys and Rangers games. 5 minute ride to 6 Flags and waterpark. Lacks in amenities but clean and comfortable. Worth it if youre looking to do any of the nearby attractions. Some restaurants in walking distance

Great location for a corporate traveler. Rooms are spacey, good enough fitness center and the staff were fantastic. **Great experience with check in and at the restaurant. HARRY in the restaurant is awesome!! Made a fantastic dinner for me, really great conversation and made me feel extremely welcomed!!!! **Zena - Front desk. Friendly, quick, above and beyond. Both of these two made me laugh after a long day of travel. This will be my spot when I come to this area! Looking forward to next year's renovation!

This place was close to everywhere I needed to go in Arlington . The price was good and it was convenient to the Arlington music hall. It was a Happy stay. Quiet, comfortable and easy parking close to the door.

I stay in over 100 Marriotts per year…this is the WORSE Courtyard ever…..it would NOT qualify above a Budgetel…..if you are used to nice, clean Marriotts…THIS IS NOT IT! The staff was nice….and check in was a non-issue. I do NOT recommend this place.

We checked in for a weekend stay, check-in process was good, room was clean, and beds were comfy. My issue occured on Sunday morning when my husband and I were asleep, and a hotel staff member entered into our room while speaking into a walkie. I heard the person in my room say "room 288, right?" And the response from the other end said "no, room 287!". Excuse me? This person casually walked out our room, said nothing, no apology, nothing. When I brought it to the attention of front desk staff they didn't do anything either. At first they looked confused as if I were speaking gibberish. But when I persisted and mentioned my room number again it dawned on them. And they stated "oh there was some interference I guess on the walkie, we said 287 they heard 288, sorry". What?! Are you serious?! Not even someone in management bothered to speak to me, just the front desk ladies. I had wedding festivities to get to so I left at the time, but I was livid. This by far is the worst experience I've had at a hotel, or motel for that matter. As many times as I've stayed at an Inn, or motel; how many times have I been walked in on by an employee - 0. Seems like Marriott is worse than the motels and Inns. Go stay at a Days Inn I guess, they'll be cheaper, and people won't walk into your room early in the morning!

Hotel is within easy walking distance of Globe Life Field, which was the primary resson for our stay. Spacious and clean room, comfortable bed. Location right off highway is easy to get to and convenient for getting around the area. Front desk staff friendly and helpful.

This was a great location for easy access to the stadium for us. We were in town for a football game. Certainly a walkable distance. The hotel lobby is in great shape and very nice. The hotel itself was decent. It was clean and in good repair. The staff was very good.

Stay Report - 10/24 - 10/25 Location: The hotel is located just south of I-30 about a mile west of the TX-360 interchange. Its location is in one of those Dallas neighborhoods that you see everywhere which features block after block of chain restaurants, gas stations and other lower tier chain hotels. The good news is that if you're attending a Cowboys or Rangers game or going to Six Flags you can easily walk to the attractions. I needed a hotel for the World Series this year and the location of this CY was perfect. Hotel: The hotel is one of the older generation of Courtyards with a true Courtyard. This means there can be some very long walks to your room. There is plenty of parking ($10 a day) though and the lobby is renovated with a Bistro, business center and sweet shop. Check In: A friendly agent asked me if I wanted a $10 F&B credit or points and thanked me for being Titanium Room: What you'd expect at an older property. The important things were there though: no noise issues, good Wifi, hot shower and an Internet TV so I was happy. Plus there were outlets near the bed and everything worked and was in good shape. If you need to be in this area this is a good choice. When I booked it was far cheaper than the Sheraton and it served my needs perfectly. I'd be back.

I wish there was a number below 1... I will give it a 1 for the bed.... The manager here must have been having a bad day, week, month.. Food was below average. Dirty , worn carpet and hallways. Musty smell. Poorly laid out elevators. I will be surprised if a Marriott retains this place. Very overpriced for area. 1 tv in lobby. I could go on but I won’t, and we won’t be back.. Better choices for much less.

This place charges customers for parking!!! It is ridiculous in my opinion for a hotel to charge customers for parking. This is the first hotel I have ever stayed at that does this. I will not be back!

Courtyard is a great location right by the interstate but they have a bug problem in the building. Saw bugs in the hall and bathroom while stayed, due to Covid most things were closed in the hotel so that wasn’t a shock. They need to get that bug problem under control.
