I went before 7 pm on a weekday. Food looked like it had been sitting there for hours, not fresh at all. I asked about a menu item and the employee seemed clueless. I decided to eat elsewhere.

I’m highly disappointed. This was my first time giving this place a try.. I ordered a platter and sandwich, meat was dry, no white sauce was on platter nor sandwich. I paid for 4 extra white sauces, only received 2. My daughter took one bite out of her sandwich and threw it away. We only gave this place a try because our favorite place (NY Eats) didn’t open until 4 pm today. 1/7/23… I’m tired of wasting my hard earned money. I will not be returning.

Ordered the beef platter and chicken platter with falafel on the side (pick up). Probably the most bland food I've had. The chicken had nasty pieces of fat and what seemed to look like a purple vein that looked very unappealing. Falafel was extremely dry and had zero flavor. Not gunna lie I was highly disappointed, because the high reviews made me want to give this place a try. Also I found a hair in our food:( Honestly I would like my refund!

Me and my boyfriend had came here yesterday after the gym as he was here before and recommended it. Wasn't busy at all when we entered. I got the sandwich with beef gyro and chicken while my boyfriend ordered a platter with the same meats. It was delicious, the beef gyro was amazing and so flavorful. Friendly staff and good portions too. Overall we left full and satisfied, would come to The Halal Guys again :)

Halal guys.... My rare treat since it's nowhere near me and rarely in the area. But, been eating their food for a long time. I got introduced to it by being in Houston (went to UH) and driving Postmates at night... That location was open until like midnight-2am so great late night supper after done driving. It is really good food imo.Every time I go there, my go-to is the regular combo platter and I always get white sauce, hot sauce, and BBQ sauce on it. Their hot sauce is no joke and while I was eating it 3-4 times most weeks in Houston, I would get 27 lines of hot sauce (they actually counted it once), but now since nearest location is like an hour from me, I no longer have that tolerance so 10 -15 lines is what I get and has perfect heat for me... In Houston they described it as 1 line for flavor, 3-4 lines is medium, and 6 lines is spicy, so try it, but be cautious in the process lol But the meat is always pretty good, the sauces are great, the rice is great, etc, though it does come with pita so would strongly recommend asking for that on the side of it gets very soggy if you like sauce.Great food, not a bad price, etc, but just wish it was much closer to me since there were already far and then they moved even further away

A good place to have a quick bite. I have ordered a Chicken Sandwich Falafel with a fountain drink on side that gets to a total of around 11$. The falafel tastes great with white sauce. As I am confused with what goes better with my falafel, white or tahini, the staff are helpful enough to suggest that white goes great, however added tahini too on a side to let me taste. And, yes, white>>> tahini, like they said. Great service, cozy atmosphere. Overall, a great experience.
