i ordered door dash and they forgot to put the cookie in my bag but it’s in the receipt , food tastes bitter& sour… not worth it. i even gave a piece of chicken to my cat who eats anything but she sniffed it and walked away ?

Wasn’t very pleased with my door dash order of Tokyo joes. The steak was super dry, corn tasted bland like it had been sitting out for a while. The food seemed thrown together. The portions were tiny and totally not worth the taste and to go food.

Always good and fresh. There are a LOT of options so highly recommend looking at the menu before you go in. If you're unsure, try the teriyaki chicken bowl with veggies. Small size is a good portion for 1 meal, if you're a little hungrier or want left overs, opt for the larger size!

New to the Arlington Area so often I'll order $50 worth of food from different restaurants each week so I can try it out and see how I like it. Today I ordered and I was overall disappointed with my items. My most expensive item was my Tuna Poke Bowl, that I paid extra for to have it with avocado and crab. First of all, never in my life have I had to pay extra for imitation crab and 2 slices of avocado in a Poke bowl. I also got it with pineapple, fried onions and sauce. The total was outrageously expensive, more than any Poke bowl restaurant in Arlington. The flavors were bland. I got mine with lettuce rather than rice and there was so much sauce on the bottom of the bowl the lettuce was completely soaked with sauce to the point of it not being edible. As far as the avocado, I got maybe 4 little tiny cubes of it. They were so frugal with all the toppings it was comical. My other appetizers I ordered were also bland, nothing special about them. Really feeling like I overpaid and didn't get my moneys worth today. All I know is dont order a poke bowl.

Can't stop dreaming about the General Joe's soup. ? the spicy tuna was delicious. The BBQ bowl was great too.

So five stars for customer service. I wish I remembered the guy's name but it was the person that took my order...very welcoming and friendly customer service and that is missing a lot these days so I was very happy to see that. 4 stars for the food. It tasted good I think the issue is I'm just not really a fan of the rice paper. The texture is what gets me. I had these years ago from an authentic Vietnamese place and my palet has changed over the years since so I decided to try them again. I just can't get with the texture. I took away one star on the food because 1) the shrimp isnt seasoned. I know the goal is to serve healthy food but can we get a little seasoning? :) Also the sauces were good but to me they're overly sweet otherwise great experience I will most certainly return to try something else.

There was a new cashier today and she had an attitude. So I already knew the experience was going to be terrible.She rang me up and charged me and at the end of the transaction asked if the order was for a favor. To which I informed her that it was. She then tells the lady that was making sushi that the order was a favor but that “I didn’t tell her it was a favor” ????They tell me they need to void the transaction and ring up a new transaction. I informed them that this isn’t possible during a favor. You cannot charge the card twice for one order, the card would decline.They brought the manager out who was already wired up and shaking, he spoke to me in a loud boisterous voice. I repeated myself and let him know I wouldn’t be allowed to charge the favor card again. He said he would refund the card. He said it was “my fault” for not letting them know it was a favor, so they wouldn’t make the food even though they charged the favor card.Dear favor deliverers, or anyone: you do not have to disclose to any company that you are favoring. It is the establishments job to ask. The purposes of ringing it up as a Favor is so that it can show in their system how many orders were Favor because they have a partnership with Favor.The manager tried to “school” me and made a scene in front of about 7 other customers, while I was on the phone with the Favor client. He kept speaking over me saying I was “lying to the customer” ???Extremely unprofessional and the manager is an entire child.Pictures for proof and pictures were sent to Favor as well, because they charged the Favor card and I do not trust this establishment and their lies ???

It's a small place to hit up for a quick light bite,freshness is pretty big and balanced. The salmon and shrimp are not dry at all so good stuff there. But it can be tricky with the build your own if you're not too familiar with raw vegetable flavors.

Good value for what you are getting. I like the build-your-own-bowl option so everything goes in that I like and nothing goes in that I don't like. Perfect for picky eaters.

first timer... i love coconut curry so i got the general joes.... and it was bombastic!!! ginger was so sweet to give me a free drink and the mango lemonade rocks!! you will get $5 off next visit if you sign up for rewards.

This place is very clean. Good friendly staff. Food is good and tasty. Moderately priced I Would definitely recommend this restaurant. 4 stars because some times the chicken can be better than others

Good fresh healthiesh food with super friendly staff and big portions. It reminds me of Chipotle but with mostly asian type ingredients and they do not put it together in front of you. ~$15 for this huge bowl I can't finish.
