The incompetence of this restaurant's off the charts. We placed a simple order. Instead of Chicken Spring Rolls, they gave us Shrimp. Instead of Lemonade, they gave us Mango. We ordered/paid for a Milk, which they forgot. When we called the restaurant, they blamed the entire mishap on the UberEats driver and refused to offer any refund. I emailed them three separate times over five days and am still waiting for a response. Avoid this location like the plague. Terrible customer service and average food.

We've been coming here periodically for a couple years now. Food is always tasty, and a good experience. Today, we were struggling to decide with their new menu, and the manager was super friendly and so helpful with us. She made our experience a great one. Thank you so much! We'll be back more often!!

Biggest takeaway - this location was dirty. The tables were sticky and dirty, the bathroom was dirty and had a roaches in them, and the served food had sauce on everywhere - on the silverware, on the outside of the bowl, the napkins already soiled. The food was mediocre. All the sauces tasted the same. Teriyaki and barbecue sauces tasted like the same sweet sauce - no other flavor.Staff was sociable and friendly - no complaints there.

Set up similar to a pei wei where you order and seat yourself so don't expect something fancy. Is more of a lunch or causal dinner spot with build your own sir fry bowls, poké, salad. They have sushi and some apps as well. I was craving some raw fish and this spot had poké and a small selection of sushi rolls which I ended up getting both. Everything was decent, nothing blew my mind but was decent enough quality that will for sure visit again for lunch. They have a nice selection of tea like Panera and a small section of hot sauce, nothing like firehouse though in terms of actually being spicy. Is for sure a more westernized Asian joint (you can tell by the name) but I was happy with it since I went in with low expectations.

i don't leave reviews usually, but disappointed is an understatement. i ordered a sushi bento box, with a spring roll, sunomono salad and the jalapeño ahi roll. my spring roll fell completely apart with the first bite, the ginger "melted" the wasabi, pretty sure the "sunomono" salad is literally just pickles. and the sushi is just awful. i didn't have high expectations but with the other reviews i expected just a little bit better.

Visited this spot for the first time, got the Thai Noodles and it was okay, the flavor just was not there for me and the peanut sauce tasted watered down. The presentation was good and so were the pan seared potstickers.

Okay this has been my poke bowl place for almost 2 weeks now because they just make a really good poke bowl. I would like to point out the lady who made the whole favor delivery themed complaint is just wrong for sitting there filming someone and all that nonsense. Anyway. I love this place I just wish they would include avocado already in my poke bowl.

I ordered the tuna roll, and spring rolls with Shrimp. They were good, plus they have gluten free options.Very friendly staff and knowledgeable too.I would've liked some spicy mayo or another sauce for the spring rolls, I don't believe they offer that.My experience was still a 5!

I ordered via the mobile app to avoid waiting. I walked into the store at the estimated time when the food should have been ready and ended up waiting for 25 min. Upon getting home, the order was wrong... the two customized poke bowls we ordered were both incorrect. Fresh ingredients, but not worth the wait time and wrong ingredients for my order.

Their extensive allergen menu makes it really easy to order gluten-free meals from here! I love that this information about their menu is very accessible. It feels really inclusive and I am very satisfied. The prices are also pretty reasonable. I usually ordered delivery, and I have never had any issues with something missing from my order. The food is always packaged well for delivery too.In the future, I intend to go in person so that I can take advantage of the good location, being so close to champion park.

Great food and great location. I like that I can create my own bowl. The food is presented beautifully with a perfect size portion (in my opinion). Lol I feel like they are a little stingy with the meat though. They still get my five stars!

My husband and I decided to grab a quick lunch on our way home from a work meeting. We had never been to Tokyo Joe's but had driven by it enough times so we decided to try it. The ordering process was pretty simple - you just walk up to the counter, order your food and they give you a number so they can deliver your order to your table. I ordered the Thai Noodle, per the cashier's recommendation, and my husband created a poke bowl. The food was actually pretty tasty! The Thai Noodle had a nice spice to it, which I really enjoyed. My husband liked his poke bowl but was disappointed they didn't offer any seaweed salad (his favorite addition). We decided it wasn't a poke place, but he still thoroughly enjoyed his meal. They have a wide selection of organic teas, so we each tried 2 different ones. Definitely recommend this place for a quick, easy lunch!

Do not come to this restaurant unless you want to wait 30-45 minutes for a simple bowl. There is something wrong operational if you prioritize online orders vs customers in the store.

Kudos for having a cold, large can of Mountain Dew. The build your own bowl was alright. HEAVY on the tofu, which was great. There's more grilled tofu pieces tucked under all the lettuce. I was served lightly on sweet potato, light on corn, light on pea pods. Yakitori sauce to me, tasted artificially sweet. Peanut sauce was good but oily on top. I'm curious about the women's bathroom. Lots of rust around everything. Not sure what it looks like in the kitchen but I'd be concerned.
