Wow wow wow! How do they not have 5 stars?? Best smoothies and wraps I may have ever had.We got breakfast wraps: the egg, mozzarella pesto spinach was SO tasty! Then the chia banana date smoothie - incredibly good. We were also able to use our own cups so we saved the plastic and styrofoam waste!Spent $14 for everything!Wins all around.

I waited 40 mins for an online order no one greeted me. My smoothie isn’t even smooth and the store is practically full of people with the same issue and they apparently can’t give refunds. Staff can’t seem to handle anything and aren’t very knowledgeable on top of slow. Please train your staff better this is horrible.edit: i don’t know why they replied i already reported this and they’ve done nothing?

Staff seemed really sad, making for a very quiet, akward atmosphere. No one greeted me and it took a few minutes to even acknowledge me. Food was average, smoothie wasn't blended well and was a chore to drink.Vegetarian options: Able to sub plant based chicken for meat on any dish.

This place is trash this is the second time my girl brought me a peanut paradise you taste power, theres ice chuncks, they didn't even fill it up to the top. Tf is going on at this location, banana chunks in the damn drink hell no....fk this location won't be back

I visited this location for the 1st time today around 11am to get something for breakfast but employees totally ignored me. I was standing there for 2-3 min and they didn’t even look at me nor acknowledge I came in or was even there. I was really craving a good smoothie but I left as employees there seem to hate their job. They really need some training on customer service and how to greet their customers.
The customer service is non existent. The workers will barely acknowledge that you exist. Plus, this is my second time here and the food taste spoiled.

I LOVEE tropical smoothie, but this location has really been dropping the ball lately. I can't wait until they finally open the one in Euless. The last 3 times I have went its been issues. It all started with them mixing up my order... it happens. I let that go. On my next visit, the lady made my smoothie....The avocolada.... she did not include my spinach . She only put kale. That's two. This last time, which was literally just this morning. My significant other went to go get me two avocoladas. When I tell you, it tastes like all ice. I can barely taste the ingredients... this IS NOT MADE CORRECTLY! You guys need to retrain all your employees so that everyone is on the same page. I would suggest starting to measure the ingredients to make sure the smoothie has the same taste and consistency EACH and EVERY time! Depending on who is there will determine how your smoothie will taste. Hopefully, you'll get someone who knows what they are doing. Which is basically nobody except the younger lady working there. The guy/guys never make my smoothies, so maybe you'll be lucky if you get them, but those ladies..... thumbs down, I'll just walk right back out if I dont see the young lady that usually makes my smoothie the correct way there because this is getting ridiculous and honestly quite upsetting . I understand once... maybe twice, but you guys are making a habit of slacking !
