Fresh food. Place has lots of natural light and modern clean eating areas. Service was on point. Chilequiles were awesome, reminds me of mama's chilequiles. Cafe de hoya is fresh and perfect. Delicious. ?

Had tried this place a while back. Wasnt impressed. But this go around my friend was wanting to go here. Of course I was hesitant but I agreed to what she wanted. So we both ordered an enchilada plate and asked for an extra cheese enchilada separately. Not once did the lady ever explain to us at the counter that we couldn't ask for elan extra enchilada. So we get our order. Her plate enchiladas were correct mine on the other hand were only cheese, and I had ordered a beef enchilada plate. Nor did we get our extra cheese enchilada we both ordered separately. Mind you I was charged for all the extras. Yet when I brought it up that our order was incorrect. She tells me she had already explained at the counter that we couldn't add extras. And that they could not mix different type of enchiladas on the plate. I told her I ordered a beef enchilada plate, I didn't want any thing extra, just a separate cheese enchilada. I wasn't making alterations to my plate. She refused to correct my order, or make it right at least. I paid $38 with decent tip, to get the most unprofessional service. I was in shock how she spoke to us. I told her that it was ok. I just ate the the cheese enchiladas she brought me although that isnt what I had ordered. I had never felt so belittled by someone at a restaurant. I was not in any way trying to argue or asked for my money I just wanted my order correct. The way that lady spoke down to me made me feel so little.

My only complaint was having to pay for chips & salsa. Personally, I believe as many Mexican restaurants there are in Texas; chips & salsa should be free, fast food or otherwiseMy love’s complaint was the portions were too small for what he paid for our meals. Other than that, excellent customer service and delicious food.
Red Pozole was cold and had no taste. Looked and tasted old and microwaved. Really disappointing because food has been good here before. Told the lady behind the counter and she just looked at me crazy.

It was only myself and another person there it took 20 minutes for my order and it was nasty no flavor after all that time the food was cold. First time here and my last. The only good food was the chips and salsa.
