When this store initially opened it was so nice and the customer service was unmatched. That literally lasted about 1 year if that. Every since this store has had problems from not always being properly stocked to the worst customer service EVER!!! I was in there once and one of the workers was sweeping and the broom handle fell out of his hand and hit me in the face and he just walked away. I went to the manager and she indicated that he was special but she didn't even apologize. On any day that you go in there the lines are ridiculously long and they may have one register where you can be checked out. So you have all of these customers trying to check themselves out which is exhausting. You see workers there but they're just milling around and not really doing anything but talking to each other. You can rarely go in to get customer service like to pay a bill because I've heard it all from the systems are down to they have no one to work in the customer service department. The only compliment that I can give this store is the parking is more convenient than the super Walmart and that's not saying much. Today took the cake, I pulled up to run in and grab just a few items and I saw a worker standing in the door and he was turning people away. I asked if the store was closed to which he replied "yea the system is shut down so we can't ring nothing up so yea we closing" JUST THROW THE ENTIRE STORE AWAY!!!! This store needs a total revamp! I wanted to give it zero stars but I had to give it something.

Recently started shopping here and for the most part it's fine. But we recently bought 2 boxes of Black Box wine. Tried one and it was spoiled...it happens but...Realized that the expiration dates on both boxes were over 3 years past! We were not looking for a refund or any compensation as we had no receipt but when we informed them about it all they said was that is an outside vendor and they have no control over what they put on the shelf. So they apparently will make no effort to resolve the problem. Their solution was that we should purchase a different vineyard that moves off the shelf faster...seriously?? Wine is not the only bad taste in our mouths right now.

I called the service desk after standing in line 15 minutes and was told by Roselin they're short-staffed and could not open more than one lane. They have two scan and go lanes open that she is overseeing with it at least eight people and full baskets in line. Considering they have 15 people walking around stocking the store or taking the groceries out for deliveries to the parking lot I don't understand why these people can't be cross-trained to run the registers or oversee the scanning go area which was closed off. All the 4 sides of the makeup is lockdowned & an associate has to help you to buy an eyeliner. Apparently the store has gone downhill just since its opening in the last few years (with staff that is). Definitely not worth the hassle of visiting this neighborhood market when you can go to another big box or even Whole Foods And get better assistance and quality.

No carts to grab inside store, they were all outside in the parking lot. Store was being stocked at 5pm so the aisles were crowded. I was however able to get the products I needed. When it came to check out the lines wrapped around. Long wait time even with self check out. Didn't look like anyone was working the cashier counters.

BABY FORMULA...If you come here for baby formula, please look at the expiration dates prior purchasing. I've been here three times to check and they keep selling them. They take them off the shelf then try to sell them again!

DO NOT EVER GET DELIVERY FROM THIS STORE THEY ARE HORRIBLE. I PUT IN AN ORDER ON SUNDAY AND THEY CANCELLED BC THEY SAID THEY RAN OUT OF STOCK. I ORDERED $120 WORTH OF GROCERIES SO ITS INSANE TO ME THEY WOULD RUN OUT OF EVERY SINGLE THING ON MY LIST. ITS THURSDAY AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY REFUND AND NOBODY SEEMS TO BE ABLE TO HELP.

I’m lucky enough to live between 2 Walmart’s but I always come to the Neighborhood Walmart. Mainly cause there tends to be less people hit staff is pretty helpful (: Grocery pick up is easy and the workers are super helpful! Barely drove up and already a gent was asking for my info to help. Thank you to Kim for being a doll and super sweet!
Oh where do I start......... This location is okay, but majority of the time the produce is bad for some reason. It spoils way faster than the one by the stadium. If you need to pick up a few items quickly this is an okay location to shop, but the variety is slim because it's a smaller building.

This is the most convenient grocery store for me but I absolutely despise coming here at any time of the day. They never have registers open, the only ones are the self checkout. So when I have a full cart of groceries, the last thing I want to do is ring and bag my own stuff. Maybe give me a discount because now I'm working here It's ridiculous. They have 3 people manning the area so why not put them on a register...

DO NOT BUY PRODUCE OR MEAT HERE. I have found brown expired meat & rotted produce many times ... even rotted "fresh" flowers. Spoke to store manager many times & called the main office also about this place. No changes observed- more of the same thing. Once bought a frozen pizza got home & saw it had been thawed & stored on it's side. You cannot trust this store for anything whatsoever. Self scan attendant once told me I was scanning my stuff too slow & people were waiting. Many more rude staffers like snotty unfriendly customer service. It's hard not to hate these people.

Why do I HAVE to work all day, come to the grocery store & be FORCED to scan & bag my own groceries! At this point I work for Wal-mart & I need a discount for scanning & bagging my own stuff.... meanwhile the staff watches me "work" while the lines are backed up!
