Being busy doesn't give you the right to be rude to customers. They all suck at customer service. I ordered one item amd they couldn't even get that to me. Eight people working and they couldn't get a frosty made.

Went to this Wendy’s for breakfast and was asked to be parked after ordering breakfast, (im assuming we were the last breakfast order of the morning ) that was at 10:30 and it is now 11:08 that im writing this review. Went in because we were parked for OVER 15 mins. Went in, still had to wait. Ordered a medium combo and to keep from making fresh wedges they tried to stretch a small wedge into a large container. I then told them I had a medium combo and they acted like they didn’t wanna make more. I then had to go back in because they forgot our orange juices. If you run cameras back we were NEVER handed our juices. Just told to park. Definitely don’t have a reason to lie about ORANGE juice. Won’t be returning back to this location smh

I was so not impressed with the food I bought. I ordered the single baconator meal and literally got a kids meal. The burger is tiny and had one piece of thin bacon on it that was broken into two. The fries were also cold. I can't believe I paid almost $12 for the meal.

I love to eat here I'm a regular customer the manager is nice and friendly she make sure the food is fresh and hot if it's not she will straighten it for u the price u can't beat the BIGGIE BAG ♥
Terrible service, 9.30pm 01/22/24 they don't care who is in the drive thru, I went to the window because they didn't answer the microphone and she told me that I needed to turn around again and there was no one else on the line waiting and she didn't want to answer me at the window, I had already waited 8 min. In the drive thru. No les importa su trabajo, las 2 empleadas y la manager no les importó atenderme en ventanilla después de esperar. No volvería ir ahí mas

I kept asking if they take Google pay, but people at the front kept ignoring me. They're so rude for no reason. I literally just walked in and people behave this way for no reason. I'm just asking for some help, and you gotta be too ride to even talk to a person. Like you see me standing. There wasn't a line.
