So I'm trying to figure out. How the H E DOUBLE Hockey sticks. This place has a 3.9 rating. People standing in the window like we straight south side hood or something. Look at all these reviews you'll be happy to know. Ain't nothing changed still HORRIBLE SERVICE. You order food and pay with your hard earned money to get crappie food and service fries been In the warmer all night burgers the same. Ordered extra nuggets didn't get them. Then whats worse is you hate to go back and complain cause ain't no telling what they will do or what you will get and they dont care they got your money. Smh never again though

I came and wanted chili because it's cold outside. I asked for cheese, onions, chili sauce and sour cream. When I got home they literally only gave me chili. How you going to charge me for cheese and not give out it in the chili? It's like they don't know how to read their own orders. WORST EVER they lucky is snowing outside and I'm not saying this to their face. Omgoodness the level of ignorance I need my money back!
