The worst Wendy's we've ever been to. I was really happy to see this new location open a few months ago. Decided to wait & let them get settled. Totally messed up our order, the food was cold & employees don't give AF. Just sad. Better off going to Braums or Whataburger..or make your own is better than this.

This has to be a prank LOL. THE WORST SERVICE AND FOOD EVER!!!!! I was so excited when I saw it was a Wendy’s close by my house , but was surely let down. Either NO ONE answers the drive thru or when they do the food is NEVER FRESH, NEVER!!!! do not waste your time nor money. They need to close this place down and try again .

530pm on a Wednesday was told they are not taking in person/drive thru orders that you can only order online. When asked when that started was told “right now.” Nobody tried to speak on the intercom other customers couldn’t get a response. Everyone hid as soon as you pull up to the window and then one person came to the window to let us know we could only order online. No signs, no service. Why have a restaurant? Or staff?

I had a wonderful experience with their customer service team. The men and women are kind and go above and beyond in their willingness to serve. I will be coming back again, and again, and again.
COULD NOT BE WORSE ! ! Lunch and nobody ever answered the drive thru speaker. Finally pulled to the window. SIX minutes later and guy came and said they would only take "ONLINE" orders but they could not fill them! HUH !?!? VERY sloppy, un-caring and totally oblivious to exactly what a drive thru fast food place is supposed to be. Wendy's should be embarrassed to even have their name on this place. Apparently a person has to be REALLY bad at just about everything to get a job here... At this point, I would not trust this Wendy's to even know how to cook something correctly..... VERY likely it won't last too long at this rate. Too many better places to waste my $$$ here !

I got there around 11am and sat at the drive through for at least 4 minutes and no one said a thing, even after I said something. So I made a mobile order and drove up to the window where they ignored me for a few more minutes. When someone finally came to the window they said none of their lunch food was ready, they were setting it up now... they also were out of fries. It was ridiculous! As someone who has worked in the food industry the customer service was atrocious and they should have their lunch food ready by 11am!

The workers were outside talking and not even taking orders unless they were placed online. I ordered some food from this place and the workers were so disrespectful and when I got my burger it seemed like someone spit on it… They had hella attitude and even started cussing me out when I was tryna order and I got scared because I thought the blue and pink wigged females were tryna fight me. Also i passed to the restroom and I found a toilet full of dookie stains. Very unprofessional and disrespectful .

Incompetent work service food and atmosphere I found a weird curly hair in my burger and service was awful they where talking to me with an attitude like I understand that you don’t want to be here you are and atmosphere was tight I felt so nasty the smell was awful.

This Wendys is the most poperstruis place I have ever had the unfortunate of dinning at. The staff was the most disrespectful workers I have ever seen before, and I have eaten at Burger King before, I would eat at Burger King for the rest of my life instead of eating here again.They had an attitude the whole time and rolled there eyes any time I said an item that I wanted. Half the things I said they were out of or couldn't make. Would not recommend to anyone to go. You put Wendy's to shame.
