This by far the best Whataburger around. We were welcomed as soon as we walked in and all the young adults working there were friendly upbeat and courteous. The obviously have good leadership at this location

The new manager is unprofessional and rude ! The managers are always sitting at the table when i come in. I heard them gossiping about some of the children that were working . There was a 20 minute wait on my food also ! I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS WHATABURGER!!!

I went there the other day and the experience had was not so professional. I had a late curbside order and overheard the manager yelling and cussing at the employees and telling them they don’t deserve a break because they don’t work hard enough. Very unprofessional of the female managers to yell & use their power against innocent children. I do not recommend going here as the kids are working very hard, but the managers aren’t giving them their flowers.

They got my order wrong and were not very welcoming as I ordered my food , there was a manager yelling at innocent minors as if they weren’t human and could make mistakes. this restaurant deserves new management as the kids I’m guessing minors kept saying how they don’t give breaks & was calling them different names. It gave child labor. These kids are working for Pennie’s nickels & dimes for the management to yell at them over silly mistakes. These kids felt discouraged as if they weren’t doing enough. But they young man & lady helped me so much & we’re so nice to me. I don’t recommend you got here because these kids are being disrespected and these managers are out of line.

Seems to be understaffed as I overheard a couple employees asking when they would get a break they’ve been working nonstop since they arrived . Ms. Helen ignored them and walked off. Very unprofessional had to wait a while for food felt like they forgot about me ! “miss cee” and “miss helen” were also very unprofessional and weren’t giving what I requested that I asked NICELY for. Overhead the minors saying they aren’t allowed breaks and they’re hungry they don’t care for anybody but themselves also very dirty food was cold in the middle and found little piece of a hair ! threw the food away went somewhere else instead.

I recently came here and had a bad experience. They had got my order wrong and when I drove back around to let them know an employee named cee refused to fix the order and shut the window on me.
First time in Texas so I decided to try whataburger and I must say I am disappointed cee and Helen must be fired I don’t even know why they work there they are rude unprofessional and disrespectful. For starters they gave me the wrong change then When I got my food, I realized they messed my order up when I brought that to their attention I was yelled at and called outside my name. The restaurant is filthy and the Atmosphere is horrendous don’t come here and spend your money cause you will Be disgusted and disappointed I will be contacting The corporate office, because this is unacceptable on so many levels

This trip was really good. They did everything I asked (extra crispy fries, light ice in the drink), and everything made it into the bag! The drive they gets congested sometimes, so be prepared for a wait. I got lucky today around 7 pm, and there was no line!
