Absolutely love this place !! The people are not one beautiful here !! But polite and absolutely sweet !! This is my family favorite sandwich places !! There sandwiches are always fresh and delicious !!!!Highly recommend this place !! Thank you to all the employees for making my visit always great !!

Unsanitary, unprofessional, rude and simply incompetent location and I will never patronize it again. The staff is so unprepared and negligent with how they prepare and package food that I feel like it’s almost intentional as this was done more than once. Then when asked about these concerns, the staff member admitted that they would want their food prepared better and delivered in a safe and sanitary manner, but couldn’t explain why they opted to send my food unsealed and accessible to anybody interested in enjoying it. Despite many of these restaurants contractually being obligated and guaranteeing to ensure they have tamper proof containers since covid, they do not and couldn’t care less. I guess you just have to hope for the best. It’s disgusting. Gave this location several chances to get it right, but it’s clear it’s simply not in them to provide great customer service nor is it in them to provide quality food.

Worst customer service I have experienced in 10 years of eating at Which wich. It was so unbearable that I walked out. The heavy set Hispanic and black female working behind the counter literally gave me stank faces when I walked in. I just couldn’t spend my hard earned money here. Will never come back to this pathetic place.

I like the way their sandwich ordering is set up in that you get to choose or customize your sandwiches. The bread is good and not too thick. I will be back!!!

The black heavy set cashier with glasses has the nastiest attitude as if she doesn’t want to be there. Like, if you don’t want to be there then you should just quit your job. Not give paying customers a nasty attitude. Can’t believe she’s made it that far, she actually made me hate Which Wich all together just because of her disgusting attitude. Never going back in my life not even to a location 8 states away.

GREAT service! We had a catering order for 35 ppl that was mistakenly confirmed for late in the day. I called in the morning and they accommodated us several hours earlier! Ana helped us - she was super friendly and helpful!

My experience today was unpleasant. The black girl at the front counter was playing peak-a-boo and acted like she didn't want to be seen. Her attitude was egregious. I see why there's no one ever in there. They might as well close up shop at this point. Then as I'm leaving, I asked for a bag, like any normal customer should receive when they get their food, however she rolled her eyes and acted like I asked her for a million dollars! Never again will I waste my money. I would avoid this place if I were you.

Had food poisoning after eating there. Salad tasted weird, I should’ve suspected - but I was hungry and short on time. Lost time off work, and ill as a result.

The sandwich was good. The three girls working there were awful. Every table was dirty and no plans to clean them as they just all disappeared. The bathroom also dirty. It was early and somehow the soap and toilet paper was already empty. Just horrible management/ownership.
