Went to pick up an order for door dash. I'm not exaggerating when I say I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes and NEVER got acknowledged. Eventually my Dash app cancelled the order because I had been in the store for so long. I'm not sure what I did. As far as I know, this is my first time visiting this store. Not sure why I was completely ignored like that

What makes ordering online worth it? Time efficiency. Waiting 45 minutes for one order isn't time efficient. You're not getting any more ahead might as well just tell them what you want they suck so bad. Unfriendly employees typical ghetto gen Zers 0 eye contact 0 manners on fundamental customer acknowledgement or interaction 0 damns given about you spending your hard earned money what so ever. Won't be back. If you enjoy the bench this place is for you.

Kyara, Gio, Kaleb, and Nelson were the staff tonight and they were all fantastic!!! Please recognize them for they’re great food service and customer service. They were all so kind, polite and courteous that I had to ask them all for their name. All the food was hot and delicious! My chicken was well done and crispy like I like it! You can tell when people appreciate customers and pride themselves in their work. Now I really hope this review won’t go unnoticed so I will also post on Yelp and pray that the good Lord will pay it forward and bless these lovely people (Kyara, Gio, Kaleb, and Nelson and all the staff here) if Wingstop misses the opportunity to bless these great folks.
The experience at this wingstop is awful! I tried calling beforehand(remember this part) and couldn’t reach anyone so I ordered online at 6:35, I waited the full estimated time in the app to go in and was told that it would be 7-10 more minutes, ok…sure, I asked if there was an issue with the phone and the cashier told me the phone was on mute! But ok, I waited more than 10 min and went back to the cashier which he was too busy on his phone and listening to music to acknowledge me, at this point I’m frustrated cause it had been over 40 min, he then said it would be 10 more minutes. We ordered a 8 pc and 6 pc, there is no way! At this point I asked for a refund, and had to go to another place because the food still wasn’t done.

Look, from one business owner to another(hoping you will read this), please take that awful robot operator off the PHONE. You are losing traffic, business, by how slow it operates. You have a great store operating. However, you know how many people you must have frustrated and annoyed with that. Takes 20mins just to place an order. Let alone another 30mins to cook and prep the food.Furthermore, I tried to place an order from Fort Worth, and by the time I got to Arlington, I literally had enough with how much I had waited I hunged up.Think about how many people may have gone thru or is going through that problem at this very moment.Please reconsider that. I really would enjoy placing my order with a human that can be quick and convenient please.Thanks for your consideration.

I hate this Wingstop. I always request well done but for some reason my chicken is always soft and soggy mu chicken strips are always the same way. The corn is dry it’s like everything is just super rushed here I HATE
