Location is permanently closed - no longer in business. Labels removed from windows and furniture inside was pushed up against the walls. No power on inside. No staff. No products stored. Sucks that people don't have the decency to update Google, Yelp, their own website, and Facebook to reflect closure to save patrons (that intended to give them a try) from wasting their time and money not knowing they were closed.

Drink was not good. Kitchen close at 6:30pm and unbelievable.

Sad that this location is ruining the thought of zero degrees . I've been to two other locations which did not fail me so my visit here was not so great. I walked in big sign says no in door seating yet there was 4 girls sitting inside. That wasn't the problem, the kitchen was closed , the girl at the register didn't even say hi. I walked in said hello she said what can I get you? Hold up!!!! At least say hello to your guest but whatever I ordered and noticed that if I pay in cash I will not be given coin change still on a change shortage that ended months ago !! Fine I'll lose my .75 not a big deal but then I compare prices from menu board to my receipt and there was a .75 difference.. I asked the girl why the prices didn't match and she ignored me . Actually just kept looking out side... I know she was just a cashier and probably didn't have an answer to my question but there has to be a better way to handle that .. zero degrees is great , just not this one!

If I could, I'd rate it zero stars. Everything I ordered off the menu was not available. It took me till the 4th try for them to finally have it. The prices were different from the menu. Everything was up by like a dollar and I asked them about it and all they said was, we'll give you a receipt. The drinks tasted very watered down. Service was bad. Overall it wasn't what I expected. If you are looking for some real good refreshing drinks for the summer, just try an actual Mexican paleteria. You'll actually get what you paid for. Not over priced watered drinks.

It has friendly environment. Still hasn’t opened to full capacity though. I tried mango nada here. It was pretty good.

Elote is disappointing. Drinks are mediocre. Nothing to write home about.

Was excited to try Zero Degrees but ended up disappointed. Highlights: the drinks were delicious and we will be back to try others. We enjoyed the Mangonada, Cookie Monster, Pina Colada & the Strawberry Horchata. The food was OK, we ordered the BBQ Popcorn Chicken Combo, Garlic Butter Salt Popcorn Chicken Combo, Crispy Chicken Wings Combo with XXTRA Flamin Hot Cheetos Elotes ($2 extra???) and an order of Garlic Butter Salt Fries. Total price $65 seems pricey for chicken, fries and corn... Would have been helpful if the The Express Combo was recommended it would've saved some money.

I’ve been a total of 3 times. The first 2 the customer service wasn’t up to par. The drinks are pretty good but they take way to long to make them especially since they didn’t have many people in the building; maybe 3 or 4 every visit. The 3rd time I tried to go they were “closed due to water issues” and would open at 4 pm (there was a sign posted). Well it was 4:06 pm when I arrived and the person working there wouldn’t come to the door to at least confirm if they were going to be open or not. I waved for him to come to the door and he just kept shaking his head no and walked away to the back. I’ve been in the food industry for quite some time and I can honestly say that a big “mess up” right there. At least take the sign down if you’re not going to be open for the day. I hope the owner is okay with losing money and not keeping loyal customers.

The camo is like the cream inside an oreo cookie, so beware of the sweetness. The kids love the cookie monster shake. Like a blended oreo.I like the ube, matcha, and thai milkshake. They're really sweet so they might be worth sharing with someone else. The spicy watermelon really satisfies the swet and spicy craving. Topped with fresh watermelon too.

This Zero Degrees location has always been good to us. Yesterday, I ordered the Buffalo shrimp snack, and they gave me so much shrimp in each order that I had plenty leftover. In fact, I had the leftovers today, and they were still very good. My husband and son always get the popcorn chicken box with spicy bbq. It's enough food for two people, and the price is like $11/12.

This was only my 2nd time here, and I came in almost 30 minutes before closing (I felt bad). But I ordered the mangonada and hot Cheetos elote for the first time and it was exactly what I needed. Soo mouth watering. Special shout out to the staff who were working tonight for taking care of me and my late night cravings.

The Covid-19 protocols are not the problem, but the service is quite slow and care-free. No sense of urgency as well. The lady in the front decided to immediately start cutting watermelon (quite slowly) without starting the drink that she had plenty of time to do. When the food came out, she started the drink, but it should he the other way around. Drink first, then food.

Drinks were good but I ordered a strawberry lychee and they were out of strawberries? I wished they would have sent me an option before I got there !! Fry's were cold .
